man who stabbed his wife and his toddler daughter. it happened on dallas street in west oak lane. police discovered the 37-year-old woman and 21-month-old child while responding to the call at 12:30 a.m. they were rushed to the hospital in critical condition. police are investigating a violent robbery at a cvs in delaware county. the search for robbers who tied up two employees while holding up the store. investigators have not said how much cash they got away with,s no injuries were reported. state police have released a surveillance picture they say robbed a wilmington gas station and shot an attendant. on friday afternoon this man walked into the shell gas station convenience store on the 2500 block of newport gas pike. he shot the attendant in the

shriners hospital where he just arrived. trish you've been posting the sweetest pictures on instagram all morning. >> reporter: alicia it's so fun to see the kids with santa claus. this is part of the 19th annual christmas in july toy run, it's organized by a police-sponsored motorcycle club. hundreds of motorcycle hims are parked in the center of broad street. if you pan over to the front of the hospital there's a line out the doors these bikers are holding toys helping santa delivery them to be sorted inside the hospital. santa arrived on time, about 30 minutes ago at shriners hospital they drove from the police academy on state road to shriners hospital. kids are awaiting to see santa instead of a slay, five hundred motorcycles. children are recovering from

into the mid 90s. we'll talk about that when i see you in a few minutes. >> a man is in critical condition after he was shot three times on the philadelphia streets. the action cam was on the east sanger street. the man told police he was going to his car after a party around 12:30, when a man approached and demanded the keys. when he refused the gunman shot him in the hip. that wounded man drove himself to the hospital. so far there are no arrests. police are questioning a driver whose minivan slammed into a philadelphia house this morning. the action cam was on the # -- 900 block of tioga street. that minivan went out of control and tore through the backyard and hit the side of the house. the accident damaged some of the siding there's no word on injuries. we have a happy update on a story about a chester county family who was burned out of their homes. an "action news" viewer sent

this video of the flames pouring from the home along the 100 block of bridle lane. the family dog perished. but firefighters got a call this morning that the dogs were spotted on the second floor they have been rescued no word organ what started that fire. >> investigators are trying to find what sparked a massive fire at the five-star cosmopolitan hotel. flames and black smoke bellowed up from the hotel. that blaze broke out on the 14th floor deck in the afternoon. guests at the pool on the deck narrowly escaped. thick smoke overtook several floors of the 3,000 room luxury hotel. it took a half-hour for firefighters to get the flames under control. >> the pool area, the cabanas
