the hospital. >> the boy scouts of america are set to reverse a long-standing policy of gay leaders in the rank. but the big story is the search for a hit-and-run driver who slammed into two brothers in a car. it happened at luzerne and i street in the june at at that section of -- juniata section of philadelphia late last night. john rawlins has more. >> reporter: police are looking for alberto vangus. they believe he was driving the suv in the hit-and-run. police believe he lives near the crash site and marked by broken glass, they look torched him as soon as -- to find him as soon as possible.

chopper 6hd was in west philadelphia this morning when crews responded to black smoke coming from a septa manhole in the area of 4th and girard. the off ramp from i-76 was temporarily closed as officials investigated the cause the smoke subsided and traffic was allowed back in the area. >> pgw crews are on the scene of a reported gas leak in southwest philadelphia in the area of 56th and willows avenue. chopper 6 was overhead atmosphere firefighters blocked off the neighborhood. a homeowner smelled gas and called emergency workers. pgw crews found a problem with a hose connection, 6 people were evacuated while the problem was fixed. 6 adults reported missing while tubing down the delaware river were found safe and sounds in the overnight hours. they want missing at 8:45 while

>> watch as this car approaches a parking spot and then the driver jumps the curb and crashes into a store in florida. nobody was inside the business at the time. the driver is okay. the police have not said why the crash happened. the coast guard is continuing the search off the waters of florida looking for any sign of two 14-year-old fishermen who disappeared on friday. they left from jupiter florida and heading toward the bahamas. their boat was found capsized, but not damaged. their parents say they are experienced voters. they asked football hall of famer and their neighbor to help in efforts to search for the teens. >> nothing in this universe that we wouldn't give to have our boys back.
