the ntsb says human error was to blame for this deadly crash of a virgin galactic spacecraft last october. investigators found that the co-pilot unlocked a braking system early that cause the spacecraft to tear apart. co-pilot died in the accident. pilot managed to survive it. virgin has said it hopes to resume test flights later this year with a new aircraft. the faa trying to sort out who is to blame for a passenger plane nearly running out of gas in mid-air. >> the pilot with 144 passengers on board had less than five minutes of fuel left when he tried to land and was told the airport was closed. abc's jim avila on this emergency that came next. >> reporter: a rare and serious mid-air scare. an allegiant airlines md-80 on a flight from las vegas to fargo, north dakota, carrying 150, less than five minutes from falling
