of falsifying records, money laundering and other charges. fattah's son sheriff jr. is also mentioned in the indictment, a young man embroiled in his own legal troubles they say that the congressman used campaign funds to pay his son's college loan debt. >> in 2010 and 2011, he used the funds to make loan payments totalling approximately $23,000. >> fattah's attorney released a statement that reads in part, for some time he was aware of the allegations and it's his intent to plead not guilty and serve his constituency as he has done for years. >> one they engaged in a

well. these numbers are hot and uncomfortable, and far from the numbers we saw a little more than a week ago when the heat index was between 100 and 105, a little better but still pretty hot. radar down to the south we saw quick moving downpours down to dover, dropping temperatures to the 70s and it bounced back up and mainly through sussex county drifting into southern cape may county and if they hold together they hit parts of cape may and wildwood and as far north as stone harbor. it feels like 112 in memphis, and 104 new orleans and the same for jacksonville where the heat and heart of this extreme humidity remains throughout the rest of the week double scan live radar we are tracking a front to the west, in the western ohio valley with downpours and storms that moves through tomorrow and we'll track that for you in the upcoming

downpours and some thunderstorms, but the marginal risk for severe weather will mainly be the lehigh valley up into new england, that is the best chance for wind damage but for the greater part of the delaware valley just strong thunderstorms, the biggest threat is the torrential rain with them. the four day at 4:00, we'll go for the 90 if you get a pop of sun for an hour you'll hit it. but we could have pop upshowers and storms at any time. and it will feel more comfortable on friday, and into the weekend we heat back up on saturday 92 with clouds and staying at 90 on sunday with more sunshine so if we don't hit 90 you can't call it a heat wave despite that it's still

medics had to amputate a man's leg this morning after he ended up trapped under a train in northeast philadelphia, it it it happened at 2:45 this morning on grant avenue and welsh road, crew had to cut through a fence and amputate the leg to get him free. they have not yet told us his name. one man is dead and another man is in the hospital after an early morning shooting in newcastle on martin drive after midnight. it started when a group of men forceded their way into a garage. and he was hit in the leg and expected to survive police have not yet made any arrests. police are asking toer your help to find the man that robbed a 7-11 in the lawndale section.

the humidity it's not completely oppressive and wilmington 89 in millville and pretty hot in atlantic city, at 96 degrees, as we look at satellite and radar locally most of the action is south and west over virginia and parts of maryland and as we widen out and look to the north it's this big bowling ball of energy high pressure in southern canada with the associated cold front a dividing line of humid air and drier air to the west and most of the energy lifts into canada and new england tomorrow with this. there is some energy left over, as the front passes through in the morning, there should be scattered downpours around with believe heavy rain, that continues in spots here in the lunch time hour, as the front progresses through, that is when we see the most concentration of downpours around and here is what we are looking at. the biggest concern is lightning and torrential downpours given
