this is the day after for congressman chaka fattah he and four others were named in a 29 count of racketeer and corruption charges. what are fattah's legal prospect prospects that is what vernon odom tried to find out today. >> chaka fattah is in a weak position. >> reporter: lloyd perry worked both sides of federal court as a prosecutor and defense attorney he says the charges against chaka fattah are detailed and come after a decade of the fbi investigation of the congressman he believes that the prosecutors have the stronger position. >> certainly with the u.s. attorneys office and review of the possible options that would be on the table and i'm sure they would be able to work out

we are waiting for the trade to be announced by either team, the rangers or the phillies it could be physical or something like that but all indications this deal will go down. ruben amaro had one chip to play and he will play it. cole hamels is in the process of being traded to the texas rangers. as of this afternoon hamels has not emptied out his locker his ten-year run with the phillies is coming to an end and going out in style. hamels tossed a no-hitter in his last start against chicago. hamels was their present and their past.

menacing but as it's storms rolled through it did not cause damaging winds but brought rainfall. rainfall is running an inch below normal this month so it's welcome, allentown 1.3 and trenton and wilmington a half inch of rain. today it felt oppressive that is why we have the heat warning until 6:00, the heat index in philadelphia 100 the same in millville and 98 in wilmington and trenton, feeling like 78 in millville and philadelphia but allentown and reading the rain moved through and it's sunshine is back in the 90s, so it's still hot and the actual cold front is yet to move through, satellite 6 along with action radar showing this line of thunderstorms ahead of the cold front moving through centsral
