plane was found on the island. it arrived at the french testing facility yesterday. it was confirmed that the flap is from a boeing 777 the same type of aircraft as mh370. the plane disappeared last march 239 people were on board. police in coatsville, chester county are investigating after gunfire broke out early this morning. the action cam was on the scene the unit block of pennsylvania avenue. several residents called police at 1:00 a.m. saying they heard shots ring out. when officers arrived they found the street littered with shell casings. no reports of injuries. a massive manhunt is underway in memphis tennessee after a police officer was gunned down during a traffic stop. the call went out at 9:15. police say 33-year-old sean bolton was conducting the traffic stop when he was shot multiple times. the shooting speaks volumes

her uncle said he can't make sense of the tragedy that claimed his niece's life. >> i don't understand it. >> reporter: as you look at the memorial there's another passenger to tell you about who is in critical condition at thomas jefferson university hospital. as for the driver bloomfield, police tell us he walked away from the crash. as you can imagine the police investigation is continuing to determine whether speed or potentially drag racing was a factor. in bustleton, jeff chirico. channel 6 "action news." >> a ten-year-old boy is in the hospital after being shot outside a community pool in delaware county. police already have the suspect in custody. he is just 17 years old. the teen is constitutessed of shooting the -- accused of shooting the 10-year-old twice in the stomach yesterday afternoon. it happened at veterans memorial park in chester. >> there was an altercation that took place outside of the park around 9th street.

the chase ensued in which the shooter was chasing three young boys and the shooting occurred down on 7th street. >> the boy was conscious and alert when he was taken to the hospital. the 17-year-old is expected to be prosecuted as an adult. a volunteer firefighter and emt was killed by an amtrak train in bucks county. it happened at the levittown tullytown station. the train was on its way from new york to philadelphia when it struck and killed the man. he was identified as george red in her -- redner. verizon union announced they will stay on job. the carrier is disappointed that the two sides have not reached an agreement. the union is demanding cuts in
