prosecutor today. "action news" was there as a silent and stowic kathleen kane walked into montgomery county courthouse to face charges ranging from perjury to conspiracy. when the attorney general he mothered she was officially on the other side of the law and had mug shot this prove. it "action news" trish hartman has more from norristown. >> kane entererd the montgomery county building that houses detist activities rights on time saying nothing reporters on the way in. using a different door avoiding medial together and instead her attorney spoke pointing out holes in the state's case against kane. >> it leaves out players and leaves out communications and it's really only a very small part of the story. >> kane was arraigned by a magistrate judge in collegeville 7 miles away using closed circuit television on charges she leaked confidential information to "the philadelphia daily news" last year from a 2009 grand jury investigation and later lied under oath. prosecutors said she did it in
