was murdered in a triple shooting is now identified. 25-year-old latrice blacksheer was shot and kill fld a home on the 500 block of west 7th street and her 4-year-old daughter was also shot and remains in critical condition and a 51-year-old woman is also hospitalized and no arrests so far. a member of kathleen kane's security detail surrendered himself today. patrick reece is arraigned in the case against kane. accused of rifling through a crime system, they say that he was looking for sensitive details on the case investigating kane at the time. kane is expected to address the allegations during a news conference in harrisburg, we'll veal that live at 6abc.com. >> preparations for the pope's

moving across eastern sussex county delaware into cumberland county new jersey, 15 lightning strikes and fortescue you are getting hit and morristown as well. it will hit mount pleasant and gibson landing, so when you hear the thunder the skies get dark and you have to get indoors immediately, there is no safe place outside, lightning can strike up to 15 miles away from a storm. the national weather service just posted a severe thunderstorm warning for this cell, browns mills right now getting heavy lightning and downpours and it's between route 206 and state highway 70 and this is moving east at 20 miles per hour, that severe thunderstorm warning extends from burlington county into ocean county including lakehurst and toms river and forked river could have gusty winds with that

by gun fire. a delaware county money manager is one of several people charged in a unique insider trading scheme tied to international hackers. police say the suspect from glen mills and eight other people made $38 million from this scam they allegedly hacked into financial press releases before they went public and gained early access to corporate earnings figures and traded ahead of that on wall street. detectives are searching for the folks that robbed a wawa in northeast philadelphia, here on cotman avenue on july 30th, authorities an a woman acted as a lookout when a man acted like he would buy cigarettes, he grabbed the employee and grabbed some cigarettes and ran off, they jump nood a dark colored saturn and the clerk was not

hurt. if you recognize either person please contact philadelphia police. at the "action news" big board, there is new information on the highway crash that injured comedian, tracy morgan last june, the driver of a wal-mart truck was fatigued behind the wheel and is to blame for the deadly pileup, investigators release this animation depicting what happened on the new jersey turnpike, police say that kevin roper, the wal-mart driver was awake 24 hours, when he slammed into the bus of tracy mar gone, he was seriously injured while his friend and comedian, james mcnair was killed. now wal-mart is addressing proper sleep amongst its drivers. >> they supplied the board with multiple steps in addition to the training, they are also going to alert the driver on

residents in colorado are cleaning up after heavy rains overwhelmed streets and homes there. outside of colorado springs, officials said they installed special drains but they were clocked with mud and debris causing flash flooding and one car was pushed down the street from the flooding and the water spilled into several basement. an employee is on leave after allegedly shooting her boyfriend who is a capital police officer, she alemly shot him after he would not tell her
