in front of police headquarters where the victim was killed. >> investigators say that this is a surveillance photo of the bus they believe was involved in a deadly hit and run this morning, police say it happened at 9:45 at ray and franklin streets when the pedestrian was halfway across the crosswalk, the bus turned at the same time, a huge white tour bus and dragged the pedestrian 50 feet and left the scene, it was a tour bus on its way from south philadelphia on its way to washington, d.c. and just a short time ago, that bus returned to its lot at the 400 block of swanson street, we have officers inspecting the bus and talking to the driver and getting more information to piece it together. >> the identity of victim was not released but a 40-year-old african-american man from south philadelphia. the captain says for now there is no way of knowing for sure if

wilmington currently 76 degrees. satellite 6 along with action radar showing this line of storms all associated with the cold front, we had the warm front move through and that brought us the drenching and this cold front continues to sweep off the coast and behind it we get the winds from the northwest and that is the dry flow of air, tonight the storms move off the coast in the next 15 minces or so and the humidity is dropping in the overnight hours, 70 in philadelphia, and millville 56 and allentown 62 and the atlantic city airport down to 69 degrees, wednesday is looking pretty nice, a mixture of clouds and sunshine and much lower humidity and there is cold air in the upper atmosphere and that could trigger a spotty shower and instability shower and north of philadelphia, not widespread and i think thursday will be the pick of the week this week, gorgeous and mostly sunny and low humidity, temperatures just below the
