a current. >> all out search for a missing swimmer does not end the way emergency crews expected and they pulled body of a man in 50s an hour after he was reported to have gone under. >> we thought it would be a rescue effort and it became a recovery effort. around 7:16 we recovered body of a male who was reported missing 6: 15 this evening. >> this happened as the man was attending a blues festival on venice island as screws served by air and boat distraught friends waited nearby hoping for news that he would be found alive. and these festival goers say they spoke with those friends. >> it said he went to the river to cool off and went 15 feet out and they gave him thumbs up and that was last time they saw him. >> apparent drowning happened not 235r from why the body of shane mc was tountd last year after west chester university student accidentally drowned in the river.

the hospital in critical condition. nobody else was injured and more than a dozen people were displaced. this fire has been ruled an accident. from our delaware newsroom state place are investigating a serious crash involving atv. the vehicle hit a tree tonight south of dover and it happened on south old mill road at the interest section rising sun road. both roads were closed for several hours. no further details have been released about the victims. >> and "action news" has new information about last night's big drug bust at hilton hotel penns landing and investigators tell us they use surveillance from the hotel to identify the suspect after hotel employee reported seeing something suspicious inside one of the rooms. the officers were outside the hotel when a suspect pulled up inside a vehicle with three other men. all four of them were taken into custody without incident. during ensuing investigation police say they found a loaded handgun and more than 2 pounds ever illegal narcotics in the room upstairs. >> and some block captains and local activists celebrated
