nearby. now investigators are sorting out how and why everything went down. >> the aftermath of a wild crash in camden county. a truck that allegedly blew by police going 100 miles per hour and slammed into gas pumps. the truck and pumps caught on fire. the driver was critically injured. it could have been worse fit wasn't for the officers who saw the incident go down. they were able to douse the flames and get to the injured driver fatter. >> turning to the weather. >> it cooled down, is that the case or is it going to be a

they evacuated a sleeping family in a neighboring home. everyone is fine, that fire is out. there's no official word on how this all started. more news you didn't see last night. three people were burned in a hot air balloon accident in lancaster county. the balloon deflated coming in contact with electrical wireless before making a rough landing. all three people were taken to the hospital for treatment for electrical burns. one patient needed cpr. faa is looking into what went wrong. there's better news for air travelers who had major headaches the widespread long delays in the northeast corridor are over. lindsey janice has a look. >> reporter: long lines and waiting for hours across the country. hundreds of flights canceled and 2,000 delays with major east coast hubs hit the hardest. >> if you want to set them down

11-year-old ryan runs in middletown township with his mom jeaninne. his thoughts are consumed with one thing. >> it's hard to deal with cancer, if my sister had it, i know somebody who would do it for her. >> reporter: he is talking about the sister of one of his friends. in march she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer that affects the bodies connective tissues. he wanted to help isabella by doing something he was good at. for 30 straight days he will run up and down the streets of his neighborhood. so far his longest run is 6.2 miles. he hopes to go farther, but his most important goal is to raise ten thousand dollars. after months of chemo and therapy at chop.

they are right now. they fell off in the afternoon. we are not expecting them to drop off that means the humidity you feel in the morning you'll continue to feel it in the afternoon. crystal clear out there, there's absolutely nothing to talk about with the storm track racing across the high plains and up into canada. that will keep things high and dry across the entire eastern seaboard, maybe wet weather across the gulf coast states getting into florida and monsoon moisture across the desert southwest. that's about it. it's been very dry across the large portion of the country. even in the northeast we're starting to get to the point where we had a stretch of wet weather, we could use a little rain around here, the drought monitor has put portions of south jersey into the dry category from mercer to monmouth counties north. it's not a drought. with the heat wave moving in and high pressure over top of us,
