restaurant remains closed after a bug infestation forces it to close down. now a crash that injured four children. they were walking with a red wagon when they were suddenly hit by the car, they have identified the victims but are sorting out what happened here. john rawlins is live from the scene in south hampton with more. >> one child is dead and three others remain in critical condition, they were part of a party of five, a teen and three small children, they had a red wagon and they were walking in the road behind me from a local park and they were struck by a driver, a local man also coming from that park we are told, neighbors here on bud town road heard the impact and came running. >> children everywhere laying in the street, i assumed it would

hackers followed through with their threat to expose clients of ashley madison, the website for cheating spouses, last month the hackers stole personal data from the site set up for people that want extramarital affairs, they promised to share it online unless it was shut down and the parent company refused so the cyber thieves plushed the stolen information including names addresses and credit card numbers. and head lice is showing up on children around the u.s., at least 25 states currently have lice that does not respond to overthe counter treatments, no samples collected in the tri-state region are fully resistant and the lice in new jersey has developed partial

and if you take a closer look there are showers coming up from the south and we had a recent lightning bolt with this system pushing south of dover, delaware and the last 15 minutes it tapered off a bit and for now we are looking at heavy downpours, there is a string of them coming out of newcastle county, delaware towards chadds ford and the movement is south to north and they are not moving quickly, if you get caught beneath one of these, especially if you are on the top end of a line, that could put down one or two or more inches of rain. and cause you problems of poor drainage flooding, there is another little guy trying to pop up in downingtown, you may have an issue with that, these are the kind of things you'll see through the day, wherever they hit drenching downpours are part of the packageage and the action
