against filing charges against two new jersey police officers in the fatal shooting of a black man, the deadly encounter in bridgeton was captured by a dash-cam in december. 36-year-old jerome reed defied officer's ordered by stepping out of a car but had his hands raised. the officers say they feared for their lives and they both opened fire killing reed. again a new jersey grand jury voted not to file charges. david henry is following this story and we'll have details at 4:00. chopper 6 hd over breaking news from the manayunk section of the city where this large crane has toppled over, it happened within of the last 30 minutes on cotton street in manayunk, medics are on the scene and we know from a police source that the crane operator

the u.s. forest service is mourning three firefighters that tied while battling a wild fire
