newark and moving to the northeast at 14 miles per hour. we have four lightning strikes and the main problem with this storm is heavy downpours. christiana and salem and chesterville are all in the path of this thunderstorm and more are on the way. we have heavy downpours with embedded thunder and lightning heading into berks county and this is drifting up to the north at 10 miles per hour, heading to wolmersdorf and more activity is on the way. the wider view showing the cold front, that sour humidity buster it's still out to the west and this is what will be moving through in the overnight hours and it will be able to squeeze a lot of moisture out of the air in the form of heavy downpours. because of that the national weather service posted flash flood watching for our viewing

sidewalk and behind that tree there, in the second the victim was pulled beneath the bridge just beyond the trees, both women were sexually assaults and police believe that the same man is responsible. >> we believe this to be a pattern based on the geographic area, it has happened twice now in the same area of the cobb's creek golf course, on july 11th, a 26-year-old woman was walking along cardington road on route to the 69th street termal on her way to work and it was 3:30 in the morning, she was approached by an unknown male that took hold of her and grabbed her and dragged her into the golf course area, and sexually assaulted her there. and a 39-year-old woman was cutting through the golf course as people do here, a man grabbed her and tried to remove her

clothing and she fought back and a man punched her if the face. she awoke on the golf course. >> she came to and she was being sexual assaulted by this male. >> he is described as a mispanic male in his 30s, short hair and clean shaven, if the first instant he wore a white t-shirt. the police have steeped up security on the course making rounds on dirt bikes and golf carts. >> police want people throughout the expansive golf course property and surrounding neighborhoods to be on the lookout for anything unusual and take precautions to stay safe. i'm sara bloomquist, channel 6 "action news." >> okay sara thank you. brand new at 4:00, we learned that a second young person has died after a pedestrian

a flood advisory until 5:30 since the rain is falling at 1 to 2 inches per hour and likely is causing flooding, for most of our viewing area, it's heading in eye warm and soupy air mass, philadelphia 82 degrees, allentown 81 and millville 82 and trenton 84 and wilmington has dropped to 77 degrees with the showers moving in. satellite 6 along with action radar showing the actual cold front that is pressing through is near pittsburgh, we have a couple of rounds of rain to move through before that clears our region and that won't happen until tomorrow morning. future tracker 6 showing at 10:00 clouds are in place with downpours around and as we head through the overnight hours don't be surprised to hear a rumble of thunder or rain and 5:30, 6:00 it starts to push off

the coast and then tomorrow it brings back sunshine and the key to this, the humidity levels will be dropping substantially and tomorrow a transition day, nicer in the afternoon than early morning hours. here is what to expect. heavy thunderstorms with downpours, you are looking at the potential of 2 to 4 inches of rain and localized flooding and that is why the flash flood watch is posted and not expecting damaging winds and it will kick up the wind gusts of 30 to 40 miles per hour. in the meantime, tropical storm danny became hurricane danny, it's heading to the northwest and it likely will hit the northern caribbean, early next week as a category one hurricane near guadeloupe and heading towards san juan as a tropical storm. tomorrow the get away forecast, philadelphia morning showers and afternoon sunshine and 87
