the 36-year-old during a traffic stop. walter hudson of national awareness alips blames cumberland county district attorney office. >> we believe they present aid weak case for there not to be indictment. and as played out in south jersey times, instead of seeking justice the prosecutor acted more as a defense attorney for the two officers to justify their actions. >> the officers shot reid in december after he defied orders stepping out of a car with hands raised. officer days removed a gun from the stopped car's glove compartment and fired at reid with the service weapon. >> officer days took the gun out of the car. what was jerome going to do shoot him with empty hands. >> according to prosecutors the officers thought reid had a weapon or would take it out of their hands. he was previously arrested on

jv national zoo has a new edition. their panda gave birth to a cub born 5: 35 tonight in washington d.c.. after the birth mama bear started cuddling her new baby. the zoo says the cub is vulnerable for now because the baby is tiny and zoo officials are keeping a close eye on the cub & it will be a while before they confirm the gender erin who is the father. firefighters in washington state are finally getting reinforcements.
