say she groped a female customer. investigators say this was not the first time he's done this and tonight, they're asking additional victims to come forward. saturday night walter is off i'm rick williams and the big story on "action news" is arrest of a convenience store clerk for indecent assault. police say he groped a customer today while trying to get coffee and the entire attack was kawts on camera. the crime happened on july 30 in her home on 3,000 block of aramingo avenue wearing shirts with her picture and carrying signs the friends and family members wanted to remind the public that this case is still unsolved. from the delaware network news station a 60-year-old was shot in the head. the man is in the hospital said to be in stable condition. circumstances of that shooting remain under investigation. so far there's been no arrest. >> and police railroad investigating a crash that left a bicyclist seriously injured in center city and it happened early this morning on ben franklin parkway and with increase in cyclists on seaty streets these days many say aggressive drivers are becoming a big problem. "action news" reporter trish hartman has details on the crash. >> the woman suffered broken bones in that crash on the ben franklin parkway in the early morning hours. the crash is still under investigation and no charges
