e-mails. this dates back to kathleen kane purjury case, she allegation that her efforts to expose the e-mail scandal made her a target afternoon investigation as pay back. a state senator in new jersey wants to end governor's chris christie's use of the state helicopter for campaign for president. governor's office said christy's campaign has reimbursed the state $13,000 for 4 flights since june 30th. the kentucky county clerk is spending her holiday weekend behind bars. kim davis is being held in isolation for contempt of court for retching to issue same-sex marriage licenses to couples. her attorney is planning to

appeal. the final couple to receive a marriage license had been turned away by davis three times. oregon judge is being investigated for refusing to officiate same-sex couples weddings. he is referring them to other couples. the board of judicial fitness is investigating he has no comment. major concert promoter is looking into a matter. a half dozen fans of five seconds of summer bought what they thought was vip passes for the sound he can -- sound check and meet and greet. but when they got to the gate they were turned away. >> it's 13th birthday she is so excited and now i'm disappointed. >> the victims bought the

live 6 cameras gives you updates on what's ahead. four people are hospitalized after the car they were riding in crashed in camden. it happened on the westbound admiral wilson boulevard at linden street. the driver was speeding when he lost control and hit two utility poles. the impact caused the pole to snap and the car caught fire. all four men were ejected. one in criflt -- critical condition and the others in serious condition. a drunk driver played a role in a chain-reaction crash in south jersey. a pick up hit a car that was sitting at a red light in pennsauken. a second pick up driven by the alleged drunk driver slammed into the back of the first pick up. the drivers of the trucks were taken to cooper university hospital. the driver of the pick up in the

back faces a dui charge. philadelphia police are investigating deadly gun violence on south street. it happened when the street was full of people for a concert. jeff chirico has the details. [siren] >> reporter: viewer video of chaos on south street after a man was shot as hundreds waited to enter a rap concert. police patrolling the area heard a skull and saw a man on the ground shot once in the torso. >> police observed the scuffle and heard the gunshot. shortly after 8:00 p.m. on south street there are literally hundreds of people on the sidewalks and traffic is very, very heavy. >> reporter: witnesses told police, the shooter dressed in black got away in a limo. police stopped the limo several blocks away and took occupants in for questioning.
