lewis delaware. we have waves of 5 to 6 feet on the mouth of the delaware bay. water temperature, 77. air temperature, 75. it's breezy. we have an east/northeasterly breeze at 15 to 25 miles per hour. the beach patrol says it's rough in the water. we have rip currents, the national weather service issued a moderate risk of rip currents. the burn time is 25 minutes. again if you're heading into the water make sure you exercise caution. the nittany lions are coming to town, lincoln financial field taking on the temple owls, low humidity if you're heading out to the game. wall-to-wall sunshine temperatures in the 80s. big question is do we keep the winning weather going throughout the entire weekend? i'll be back along with the entire forecast in just a few minutes. >> the labor day weekend is the last harrah for many to enjoy

a cat walk in southwest middle school in reading. the dog was flown to penn's vet hospital to be treated for internal bleeding. the dog was making sure sure nobody was in the school after the doors were found unlocked. police found nobody inside. a man collapsed in the parking lot at the woodland village apartments on uunited states avenue. the man is in critical condition after being shot in the stomach. police are looking for the shooter and trying to figure out the motive. seth williams will not fire three city prosecutors involved in a statewide porn e-mail scandal. instead they will get sensitivity training. they included graphic images and racist and sexest and homophobic language. the chain happened five or six years ago before they were employed by the da's office.

were riding in crashed on the westbound admiral wilson boulevard and linden street. the driver was speeding and hit two utility poles. the impact caused the poles to snap and the car caught fire. all four were ejected. one is in critical condition, the other three are in serious condition with cuts and broken bones. police say a drunk driver played a role in a chain-reaction crash in south jersey, a pick up hit a car sitting at a red light on the admiral wilson boulevard in pennsauken. a second pick up slammed into the back of the first pick up. the drivers of the trucks were taken to cooper hospital. the driver of the pick up in the back faces dui charge. police are investigating deadly gun violence on south

street while the streets were full of people for a concert. jeff chirico has the details. >> reporter: viewer video of chaos on south street moments after a man was shot as hundreds waited nearby to enter a rap concert. it happened after 8 outside the theater of the living arts. police heard a scuffle and saw a man in his 20s on the grounds shot once in the torso. >> this was not a 911 call. police officers observed the scuffle and heard the gunshot. as you can imagine shortly after 8:00 p.m. on south street there are hundreds of people on the sidewalks and traffic is very, very heavy. >> reporter: witnesses told police the shooter dressed all in black got away new limo. police stopped the limo several blocks away and took occupants in for questioning police found the gun in a wheel well of a car on south american street. as for the concert, police canceled it.
