there are other detours near the art museum during made in america festival. the art museum itself is open, but you ever to enter on the backside. new this morning, a man is in critical condition after an overnight shooting at an apartment complex in camden county. the action cam is on the scene of the 400 block of ides avenue in lindenwald. the victim was shot twis in -- twice in the stomach in the parking lot of the woodlands apartment. the shooter is on the loose. four people are rushed to the hospital after a nasty wreck in camden. it happened at linden and admiral wilson boulevard. the driver was speeding and lost control. the car slammed into two upit poles before camping on fire. all four were thrown from the car. one in critical condition the

others in serious condition. no word whether any charges will be filed. new, police say a drunk driver played a role in a chain-reaction crash in south jersey. the pick up hit a car sitting at a red light on admiral wilson boulevard. the second pick up slammed into the back of the first pick up. the drivers were taken to the hospital, the driver in the pick up in the back faces a dui charge. philadelphia police are investigating a deadly shooting outside a rap concert. it happened while hundreds of people were out on south street. jeff chirico has more. >> reporter: viewer video of chaos on south street moments after a man was shot as hundreds waited nearby to enter a rap concert. it happened after 8:00 p.m. outside the theater of the living arts. police patrolling the area heard a scuffle and saw a man in his

20s on the ground shot once in the torso. >> this was not a 911 call. police officers observed the scuffle and heard a gunshot. as you can imagine shortly after 8:00 p.m. on south street there's literally hundreds of people on the sidewalks and traffic is very, very heavy. >> reporter: witnesses told police the shooter dressed all in black got away in a limo. police topped the limo several blocks away and took occupants in for questioning. police found the gun in a wheel well of a car on south american street. always for the concert, police canceled it. there were more than 100 inside the tla. >> i don't think they knew what took place. they hold them inside until the detective's decided it's okay for them to be released. jeff chirico channel 6 "action news." >> new videos are the latest potential leads in the massive manhunt for three cop killers in

illinois. police are pouring over video taken by home surveillance and traffic videos. 15 people called persons of interest have been interviewed by the fbi. their dna has been collected. tom brady is speaking out after a federal judge's ruling on the deflate gate scandal. the quarterback posted a statement thanking friends, family fans and teammates for their support. he goes on to say quote while i'm pleased to be eligible to be play, i'm sorry our league had to endure this, i don't think it's been good for our sport. to a large degree we all lost. earlier the judge ruled against the nfl undoing the four game and he suspension, the nfls appealing that ruling. a budget stalemate could lead to a credit downgrade for school districts and commune
