presbyterian for non-life threatening injuries. the blaze displaced a woman and her 6 children. a police officer is on the mend after being stabbed in philadelphia on the 900 block of packer avenue. he was on an escort assignment when he was stabbed. an arrest has been made, but they have not released any other details. >> students at eastern high school in voorhees return to class this week with heavy hearts. 14-year-old kara lemanowicz passed away in her sleep during a sleepover friday night. last night hundreds gathered at the voorhees field to remember her. an autopsy is pending, but investigators say there's no sign of foul play drugs or alcohol. coral would have started her freshman year on tuesday.

the atlantic city, 71 degrees thanks to the sea breeze kicking in. dewpoints on the low side today and tomorrow. even though high temperatures top out at 90 degrees, it's a dry heat. tuesday, wednesday, thursday, when the humidity starts to climb. by the time we get into thursday, that's when we are getting into the oppressive category, thing feel down right awful. the increase in humidity and heat from the carolinas. the high pressure system is drifting over the coast and, again, the winds blow in a clockwise fashion, the farther south and east the high goes, the more the winds start to shift out of the southwest and that's where the all the heat and humidity is. that's what's on tap as we march into the new work workweek. otherwise it's sunshine. tropical storm grace has formed it's a tightly compacted system. this is the coast of africa.
