explosives. david henry has more now. >> the fbi and investigators are not identifying this boy and sources say he is a 15-year-old from the philadelphia area and apparently was not very far along in producing an operational plot of any kind. >> preparations for the pope's visit continue under tight security, and agents continue to monitor the internet and social media for threats. sources report that the fbi arrested the boy last month for allegedly plotting to launch an isis inspired attack on the pope. the bulletin says that the minor was inspired by isis and sought to conduct a homeland attack, including fire attackers and firearms and explosives and that he obtained explosive
