bicycles surround a woman and they were harassing her and making her terrified and one point she may have been slapped on the backside and that led to other joggers reporting similar incidents and police are investigating and urging joggers to be vigilant. the schuylkill river banks are bustling with joggers during it's year and crimes are rare. but there is a group of teens harassing people of late. lynn works at boathouse row and runs along the river every day, they will do a wheelie straight at you and try to force you off the trail. >> i usually ride pretty fast, they try to play chicken with me and they end up swerving. >> she has not been harassed. but other women say they have not had a problem.

say that an arsonist sparked the flames at a center city restaurant in philadelphia, it caused $1 million in damage to three buildings, authorities released new images today of a person they want to identify in connection with this case, anybody with information that leads to an it rest, could be eligible for a $5,000 reward. the city has begun to limit vehicular traffic on the ben franklin parkway, police have shut down the inner drives of the parkway from oval to 20th street. they remain shut down until tuesday the 29th and the outer lanes are open and authorities have not disclosed when they will be closed. lets go live to the parkway and eva pilgram. that part of the city is transforming before our very eyes. >> jim right now you can see the changes happening, the pope

visit, exterminators were called in so the office could hope tomorrow. 311 staff used email and social media to provide services. attorney general, kathleen kane is back in the headlines, montgomery county detectives issued a new search warrant in harrisburg, they have not said what they are looking for, kane is charged with perjury and obstruction. a 42-year-old philadelphia woman is accused of killing her husband, philadelphia police found a 46-year-old man stabbed to death this morning at a home on the 1900 block in frankford. the man's wife was taken into custody a short time later and detectives who searched the area are now working to figure out the motive.

a septa bus ended up on a front lawn today after it collided with a private ambulance, it happened at 5:00, it stopped just short of hitting a house, the driver and one passenger was hurt along with two people from the ambulance. >> this is newly release surveillance video of two bandits wanted for nine burglaries, police say they broke into businesses in west and north philadelphia, they got away with more than 5,0$5,000 i the past two months and in one case they stole a loaded gun and the most recent happened just this past monday, police say that both burglars may be wearing guyses. in trenton a thief has written a note of apology while returning his ill gotten gain, this does not happen every day, nora muchanic has the story. >> reporter: last week a man came into butch's welding on

tomorrow and loads of sunshine and almost a carbon copy of today and slightly more humid and 87 degrees, a few more thin clouds and on sunday the cold front moves through and comes through dry and a little bit of cloud cover and knocks the temperature down 83 degrees and that is still above average though and early next week through much of the week, we have the low pressure just cut off and me andering, that brings us mostly cloudy on monday and 74 degrees and tuesday more clouds and showers and 75 degrees and yom kippur begins on sun down on tuesday, and wednesday a lot of clouds and 75 degrees and thursday clouds and showers, 78 degrees, monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday, unsettled. no day looks like a washout but every day a chance of showers and temperatures back in the 70s. abc world news is next on channel 6, and "action news"
