thursday so crews can work on the alter for the pope's mass next sunday. up to a million people are expected in the city next week, but only a fraction will make it on to the parkway to see the pope. police are sorting out who caused the accident. philadelphia police say a 15-year-old was behind a double shooting in point breeze section last night. gunfire rang out at 27th and snyder. the victim a 19-year-old woman and 16-year-old brother were rushed to penn presbyterian hospital. both in stable condition. police arrested the 15-year-old a short time later. meantime, police are searching for a gunman in a deadly shooting in north philadelphia. it happened at 9:15 on north 7th street. a 34-year-old moon was hit several times. police have not identified the victim. police have arrested a fortuneteller for allegedly ripping off a customer and police say there may be more victims out there. dann cuellar has the story. >> reporter: the flag said open, but there was no one answering the door at main line psychic in devon. it's known by aastrology by

3200 block of germantown avenue. the driver stopped and talk to police. the 29-year-old woman who was hit was taken to temple university hospital in extremely critical condition. philadelphia police busted an international car theft ring, thieves were allegedly shipping stolen vehicles from philadelphia to west africa. investigators caught it going down three stolen high end vehicles loaded into shipping containers on oregon avenue. the alleged ring leader and two others are under arrest. they would steal them from rental companies and then claim they were stolen. >> a lot of vehicles here are valuable in other counties so they can make more money selling them overseas. >> the local tie to the ring was uncovered after a gps helped police find a stolen suv. hospital officials in pittsburgh are blaming a mold
