slice it in half. place it on the plate like so. >> so pretty. >> and then i like to top it with some of the same flavors you are going to have inside. so, a little bit of fresh parsley, a little bit of that fresh orange zest. you could even go with a segment of orange, if you wanted to, to let them squeeze the juice right on top. a little tiny drizzle of olive oil on top goes a long way. a little pinch of -- and there you go. that's all you need. [ applause ] >> all right, so -- >> for you, sir. >> delicious. so, i sliced a couple of those up, but one of the keys is, i put this in the oven until it bakes at about 375 for 20 minutes. you want to take that internal temperature, you want to be at about 160 degrees. i continue to baste it with some of that rosemary butter when it comes out. and then we take these beautiful chicken thighs and slice them up, and you have these incredible pinwheels in the middle, so you have that beautiful crunchy skin on the outside, and that succulent goat

cheese and pistachio filling on the inside. look at that. [ applause ] so -- save this for daphles. i just did wit a little bit of cracked black pepper. >> that was awesome. >> and it's done.
