yellow placard like this one ft. philadelphia parking authority this week can stay parked in restricted areas until thursday. and the placard musting clearly displayed and driver can park their vehicle in one of six designated garages beginning thursday but they must stay in place throughout the weekend. signs warning drivers of papal parking restrictions went up last week. if cars don't move, they risk a ticket and tow costs which can add up to a couple hundred dollars. >> and back out here live we're told the reason why this is beginning early ahead of the papal visit so that construction can begin on infrastructure that already begun this weekend affecting traffic in this area as well. now like we said in our story this is going in waves. they're in different areas during the week where this is going to apply to different neighborhoods. if you're in one of those neighborhoods you can still pick up a placard at the philadelphia parking authority 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. monday through

switching gears. it's only week two but this was the subdz a lot of eagles fans circled on their calendars. birds are taking on the boys in the eagles home-opener. let's head out to "action news" reporter jeff chirico outside the link. hey, jeff. >> we found a lot of excitement out here for eagles' fans. excited for this season home-opener. and of course, they're never quite sure how their eagles will do but one thing for certain eagles fans sure know how to party.there was dancing e parking lot as eagles fans got pumped up for the home-opener. and these folks came from bucks county to tailgate. they had almost everything burgesers, decorations, just no game tickets. >> no, don't need tickets. i have a tv in the back of my car and grill and beer in my hand. i'm a happy man. >> eagles fans would be happier with a win. last week's heartbreaking loss

above average 3 and normal this time of year is 77. it was cooler today in comparison to yesterday's high of 48. outside this evening we're tapping into those dry northerly winds, 64 poconos and 78 philadelphia and 73 in reading along the coast in beach haven 75. same thing down in sea isle city and dew points level of moisture in the atmosphere we have dew points in the lower 40s. definitely comfortable air mass overhead and this looks to be the trend as we go throughout monday and however conditions will cool down. here's satellite 6 and action radar dry conditions from new england to mid-atlantic region as well and more in the way of cloud cover starting to gather across virginias and areas south. here's setup monday and high pressure stays in control and to the north and giving way to to increasing clouds and cooler day tomorrow high of 74. but you do notice moisture down across the virginias and carolinas with area of low pressure for the most part will
