had to be moved by 9:00 this morning or were towed. if you have a special yellow placard you have until 10:00 tomorrow night to move your car to a designated parking garage. that is when the security perimeter and the secure vehicle perimeter around ben franklin parkway and independence haul take effect. the areas in the red and the block boxes you see on the map starting at 10:00 tomorrow night, the crews erecting a security fence around these areas. a rare attraction had pilgrims going to the shine of st. maria goretti. and goretti who died at the age of 12 the youngest canonizationed saint, stabbed by a man who tried to rape her. and before she died, goretti forgive her attacker and this is the first time her remains traveled out side of italy to the united states, and tomorrow

it moves to st. john the evangelist church on south 13th street. a special mass in philadelphia tonight for the visiting delegation from ireland. "action news" there at st. anne's church on east lehigh avenue in the port richmond section of the city. several bishops attended in honor of the pope's visit. in mount airy, an african family heritage mass. and they attended the mass at the catholic church on the 2000 block of east walnut lane. in philadelphia, a transplant leading his flock in toledo, ohio came back home for an emotional night at holy family parish in manayunk. and chad pradelli is live with that story. >> jim, his name is bishop daniel thomas. he is from our area and he leads a flock of pilgrims from toledo,

two people critically hurt in a motorcycle accident in montgomery county tonight. chopper 6 flew over the crash just an hour and a half ago in the 200 block of 40 foot road. police say a vehicle and a motorcycle collided. the two people on the motorcycle were taken to penn presbyterian hospital in west philadelphia with critical injuries. a fatal police-involved shooting in wilmington is now

under investigation. police say they were responding to tulip and south scott street and a man with a possible self-inflicted gunshot wound just after 3:00 this afternoon. the police say the man was armed with his gun and ignored officer's request to put it down frp -- the police shot the man who died at the scene. and investigators found cotaken on the port of philadelphia coming in on a ship from costa rica. laminated and hidden in boxes of squash and pumpkins. the investigator the say it has a street value of at least $6. so far -- of at least $6 million. and so far no arrests. and jermaine, wanted for calling in a bomb slet at the white house september 17. mccain charged with making a falls public alarm and held at the bucks county jail.

the death toll from the wildfires in california grows. searchers found another body in a burned-out home in california. that is the sixth fatality. they say the 66-year-old's home was destroyed in the blaze. he was last seen a week ago. officials found five others dead last week. volkswagen competed on an emissions test. and many filed an absolute against them. and the automaker will face criminal charges in regards to emission testing and it is not clear who or what volkswagen is targeting. and the c.e.o. who hiked a life-saving drug more than 4,000% now says he will lower the court.

daraprim helps people with compromised immune systems. the c.e.o. raised the price from around $15 to $750 a pill. experts called the hike unjustifiable. the c.e.o. said the increase was necessary for his company to make a profit. tonight he says he will lower the cost, but he will not say by how much. and an abandoned puppy looking for a forever home. the delaware county spca says that duffy was zipped inside of a duffel bag of the gaunt picture on the left, let's see that gaunt picture on the left. well, she didn't look very good two weeks ago. you can see she is doing getter. and once too sick to eat had a bowl of chicken and rice today. and happy and healthy and ready for adoption, and the police are looking at possible animal cruelty charges. and everybody is interested in the weekend, what's the story?

water warmer, 65 in sea isle city and 67 in beach haven. the day planner for thursday, full sunshine in the morning right through 11:00, bouncing the temperatures quickly into the lower 70s and even warmer tomorrow afternoon with a few high think clouds, 82 degrees. the satellite to the south, we have low pressure east of jacksonville. clouds extended into the virginias and the carolinas. most of the precipitation at this point still off the coast. that low has been stuck there for a few days now and it's going to slowly drift to the north. we only have this feature to watch. we also have low pressure over canada. and that high over the great lakes will slip into new england over the upcoming weekend. highs to the north, low pressure to the south with expanding rain. the two opposite forces in the atmosphere sending a pretty strong breeze out of the north and east here like saturday and

maybe sunday. and the high should win out for the mid-atlantic bringingous clouds and a breeze. holding off the rain to the south. the precipitation can get as far north as washington, baltimore, southern parts of delaware, with the soaking rains over the virginias and carolinas seeing 2-4 inches over the weekend. and peeks of sun, especially in the afternoon and the high temperature of 75 degrees. and on sunday, a lot of clouds, very cool with an east-northeasterly wind 10-20 miles per hour. high of 73. definitely want to bring a light jacket, especially later on in the day. if you are going to be down there, 6:00, 7:00 saturday evening or us a depart the mass on sunday will you need a jacket or sweatshirt. and warm, 82 tomorrow. high cloud friday, sunshine filtered at 77 degrees. and then a lot of clouds here saturday. but again a dry day, 75 with
