radar is showing that and now we can see spotty showers through the region and certainly lots of clouds. lets show you right now how much rain we got, because just in the overnight hours, 1.2 inches and allentown over 2 inches, lancaster 2.41, mt. pocono 2.1 and millville 2.25. a significant amount of rainfall and this is just the beginning, we are looking at a number of days with wet conditions and that will affect us over the coming day. 77 in philadelphia and 78 in allentown un75 in millville, horribly humid out there and a warm day, if you are headed out to the union, it's cloudy and we can't rule out a shower and it will turn breezy and the dew points come down at this point and it will feel comfortable at 59 degrees for the forecast, but all eyes are on hurricane joaquin, you can see the satellite image right now, this is a hurricane at 80 miles per hour, we are expecting this to

the rutgers camden campus were affected. we are told that internet and phone lines are also down in some county offices. parts of i-95 in delaware remain closed following a crash involving a tractor trailer, it happened near the churchman crossing exiting in christiana, police say that a tractor trailer was damaged in the crash and it was carrying racing fuel that began leaking on to the roadway, that prompted the authorities to close all but the passing lane when the fuel was being cleaned from the road, an investigation into what caused the crash continues. >> a frankford family was terrorized inside their own home, and the search is on for the suspect that hid in the home. we are joined live now from eva

millville, and 76 for your high in atlantic city. we have an upper level low in atlanta georgia, this is setting us up for tropical concerns, and this is a tilt in the jet stream and it's allowing the tropical moisture in the area, the moisture we get thursday night into friday, not related to joaquin but still a big impact. tropical downpours, gusts 25 to 45 miles per hour. especially along the coastline and this is part of the problem, we are dealing with the issues concerning flooding even before we talk bts possibility of any hurricane impacting us, we are getting a lot of rain even before we watch hurricane joaquin, 80 miles per hour winds, it started as a tropical storm, 80 miles per hour winds, we are watching the track of this, it looks like a category
