southwest philadelphia. the suspect attack 62-year-old patrick spinosa inside his southwest auto tag store on dicks avenue at 6:00 p.m. investigators are trying to uncover a surveillance video from a nearby gas station. philadelphia police have released new video of a man who robbed three different groups of people at gunpoint in less than an hour. all incidents happened in the old city section of philadelphia. the man threatened the victim with the weapon before taking their cash and pushes and other belongings. two on south 5th street, the third at front and dock street. police believe the suspect drove away in a dark-colored suv with a new jersey license plate. police have released video of a terrifying home invasion in frankford. two of the three men were captured on video on porch of

home. they tied up the man at gunpoint while his wife and grandson pretended to be asleep. they ransacked the apartment and left with the other electronics allong with the couple's keys. anyone who recognizes the men is to contact philadelphia police. a water main break from last night is impacting homes and businesses in center city. trish hartman is live on the scene on south street where crews are trying to make repairs. >> reporter: rick, the water department tells us the these repairs will take until 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. water is shut off to customers on 5th from south to aluminum barreled as crews work to fix the main. about 50 homes and businesses are without power and 20 without water after a ten inch water main break at south and 5th street.

be made public. a federal judge in new jersey has ruled that corruption charges against senator bob menendez will stand saying he failed to produce any evidence suggesting the charges should be thrown out. earlier this year the judge dismissed 4 of the 22 counts against him. in washington, republicans are discussing their next move now that kevin mccarthy has been withdrawn. mccarthy dropped out yesterday concluding he could not unite the party. boehner said he is intent on holding elections for a new speaker by the end of the month. two people are facing federal charges after the drone crashed over the white house. the men involved were given

criminal citations, but not arrested. this is the latest in a string of similar incidents. back in may secret service arrested someone who flew a drone in front of the white house, in january a drone operator crashed a device on the white house grounds. spencer stone one of the men who thwarted an attack on a paris train has been attacked outside a bar. the man believing to be certain threw a punch. others moved in. he rushes back in and is stabbed several times. police are looking for the suspects, as well as the motive for the brawl. 3,000 national guard soldiers and men are spread across the state helping with the aftermath of the flooding in south carolina. jeh johnson will travel there to
