afternoon. we have an area of high pressure sitting right here across the shannon valley. by the time we get into tuesday, that high will start to work out to sea and comes a frontal system from the west that will trigger a few showers across parts of the delaware valley, first thing tuesday morning. most of the forecast is comfortable and dry. eagles taking on the saints at the at the linc. no weather issues for this no breeze, 65 degrees by kickoff. 4th quarter, 69 degrees, very comfortable temperatures. when i come back we'll talk about the rain threat on tuesday morning and cooler changes in the seven seven-day forecast. >> the big story on "action news" is the investigation into a brawl outside a feltonville rite aid overnight. >> a man is hospitalized in critical condition following the

fight. trish hartman joins us live at the scene with the latest on the investigation. trish? >> reporter: eva and nydia, philadelphia police say two men were sent to the hospital after the fight broke out here at this rite aid on north 5th street west cortland. officers were called here around 3:00 a.m. one man in his 20s was taken to temple university hospital in critical condition. another man was taken to temple with non-life threatening injuries. no word on witnesses. when we were here along with police overnight. a food truck was very busy. lots of people waiting in line. we don't know if anybody saw anything that led to the fight. a number of businesses on the block have surveillance cameras. including the rite aid itself and pizza place across the street and nightclub. we don't know if anything

helpful was captured on the cameras. no word on what led to the fight. if you have any information philadelphia police would like to hear from you. trish hartman channel 6 "action news." >> the search is on for a gunman in a deadly shooting in the city's tioga section. the victim was found in a small alley park and erie streets overnight. a man in his 30s was shot in the head. he died at the scene. no motives or suspects in the shooting. the action cam was outside temple university hospital where a man drove himself after being shot in the face. the 32-year-old man said he was driving on east albert street off kensington avenue before midnight when someone fired shots in the windshield. the man was hit twice in the face, he is in critical condition. police don't know if he was the intended target of the shooting. the search is on for a gunman who shot a man during a robbery attempt. it happened 2100 block of east

cheltenham avenue. the 28-year-old man was shot in the stomach in what thenld was was -- they believed was a robbery attempt. he is in critical condition. a decades old business in southwest philadelphia may close for good after being targeted by chris twice in one week. the man was beaten and left for dead, two days later another break in. jeff chirico has the story. >> reporter: this business is boarded up after the overnight break in, you can see behind me the writing with on the door says it's closed. a family friend says it will likely stay that way. >> some knucklehead or parasite seems to have took the air-conditioner through the wall. >> reporter: david is angry after finding his friends' business broken into after he was attacked and left to die in the shop. >> they ransacked the place

worse than when stabbing took place. >> you can't wait for the man to get better before the family has to endure more pain. >> reporter: just before 6:00 p.m. thursday a man armed with a knife entered the storm and stabbed him 20 times in the head and torso. he had enough strengthen to call 911. it is unclear what burglars took in the latest incident. police tell "action news" they don't believe the burglary is connected to the attack. either way it's the last straw for the family who ordered the business boarded up likely for good. >> i don't think his family wants him to come back here, it's not safe. he is getting a second chance at life it looks like. i'm hoping he takes it. >> reporter: david said his friend is in critical condition with serious organ damage. he said it will be a long road to recovery. jeff chirico channel 6 "action news." >> communities gathered to

remember victims on college campuses. a candle light vigil was held on arizona university campus where a student was shot and killed. three others wounded. the 18 gunman is 18-year-old stephen jones he was a pledge and all four members were members of delta kai. memorial was held for victims of the mass shooting at umpqua. nine people were killed when a gunman opened fire three weeks ago on the college campus. our schools in our areas should be ready for any emergencies. our area schools have safety plans for just such emergencies. new jersey colleges and universities are required to submit safety plans on how they
