is back in the news for tasering a city councilman. in the news, the arrest of the person who beat and shot and killed here last week in an attempted robbery. one man is in custody, but investigators are looking for more suspects. vernon odem is live at philadelphia headquarters with details of the arrest. vernon. >> reporter: rick, police have made the arrest so far, but the manhunt is on for other accomplices, five or six, police say, we'll be getting more details from the police later this afternoon. police say they have partially solved the murder case of kiesha jenkins in philadelphia who was shot twice last tuesday. yesterday police arrested padro redding and charged him with murder and robbery. a group of five or six men were involved in the attack.

jenkins said he was a 22-year-old man engaged in prosecution dressed as a female. the murder jolted the lgbt community. so far no hate crime charges only robbery and murder. rick, padro redding taken into custody appears to be a career criminal four prior arrests for narcotics, aggravated assault and robbery and firearms violations, live at police headquarters in center city. i'm vernon odem channel 6 "action news." rick? >> vernon, thank you. a lehigh valley senator has pled not guilty to his third drunk driving charge in 20 years. pat brown's attorney entered his plea this morning. investigators say his blood alcohol content was above the legal limit when he lost control of the bike on the off ramp of i-78. he previously had his license
