to end his father's career. congressman if fattah is facing corruption charges. president obama is expected to sign a bill that will keep the country running until 2017. the budget raises defense spending by $80 billion. this avoids a government shut down before the 2016 elections. president obama will sign the budget bill monday. the republican national committee is suspending it's february presidential debate with the nbc. the move is in response to the way its sister station handled the debate on wednesday. he said the questions were designed to embarrass the cab dates. gop was going to host the debate in houston with telemundo and national review as partners.

nbc is working to resolve the matter. hillary clinton e-mails released yesterday involved several big names including celebrities and ceos and political advisors and politics. among the most notable, jimmy carter, ben affleck and he had lady gaga. most of e-mails center around the workings of government and scheduling meetings. atlantic city's revel casino is in moore financial trouble. bank of new york mellon said glen straub owes them $1 million in one paid electricity bills. straub has been trying to reopen the property since buying it in april. he has not reached a deal with the sole supplier of power and water. straub's lawyer said they will

pine barrens south jersey, vineland, millville, 31 degrees, patchy frost developing there. temperatures will warm a little bit, you can see there's nothing going on up and down the mid atlantic coast. the clouds are back here to the west across the great lake states. clouds lower and thicken by 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., you will notice the high, thin clouds. first thing tomorrow morning the system is pulling to the north. it is actually falling apart, it could hang together long enough to produce showers tomorrow morning. otherwise it's clouds and sunshine by afternoon, and warmer. that's a warm front that's lifting to the north. so all this down here starts to punch north and move into the mid atlantic and the northeast start tomorrow and again, these 70s down here could last from tuesday through tuesday of the following week. it looks really, really nice. slightly cooler today. this is very typical of el nino. this is what we see during an el

nino pattern. the jet stream lifts to the north, we get ridging down to the south. winds shift out of the southwest and we get milder weather up and down the eastern seaboard. that will be the pattern we get familiar with over the next few months. it could bring a mild start to the up coming season. december looks very mild. future tracker 6 an increase in clouds. temperatures in the mid 50s, unlike yesterday we'll not be dealing with the chilly breeze. overnight tonight, we'll cloud up, one or two showers develop temperatures in the 40s and 50s and clouds give way to sunshine and it's a gorgeous day. 51 degrees in the lehigh valley. clouds and sun, not much of a breeze. jersey shore, sunny skies, high of 58 degrees. same thing for philadelphia, increasing clouds, winds out of the south at 5 to 10 miles per hour.

they blame declining enrollment for the $7.6 million budget gap. a program offerings a tuition break to incoming students at rutgers university camden. bridging the gap helps reduce loan dead nationwide. after applying for state and federal financial aid grant. students with a family income of less than $60,000 a year will have their tuition paid by rut rutgers. students making 60,000 to 100,000 will have half their tuition paid. the program will be available to high school grads enrolling in 2016 they must be a new jersey resident as u.s. citizen and attend class at rutgers camp
