social media ones. meanwhile, a new study finds that by the age of 4 nearly every child has had experience with cell phones and tablets. in fact, most of them started using the mobile devices before their first birth day. the research from albert einstein medical center collect the data from philadelphia patients and just published in the journal of pediatrics. by age 4, 75% of kids have their own mobile device, and most of them able to use an ipad without any help. the jury still out on the consequences of all of this screen time. the american academy of pediatricians members that kids completely avoid usage until the age of 2 and limited under two hours for older children. and two hours seems kind of generous to me, don't you think? >> yeah. this week parents can say put the devices down, go outside.
