behind bars, after sexually a assaulting a six year-old girl in her own home. it happened in hatfield township, "action news" reporter christie lleto is live at police headquarters there, christie. >> reporter: police say oscar herrera admitted to break nothing to that home. jumping in bed with that six year-old girl in a room that she shared with her older brother. sexual assault and rape of the child are just some of the serious charges oscar herrera is facing. police say he broke in the hatfield village apartment unit through a living room window and then raped a six year-old girl in her own bed. >> certainly from the details provided by both children, it is quite clear, from the evidence that this individual is engaged in some terrible acts of the child. >> reporter: court documents revealed six year-old was awakened by an adult male behind her. he threatened to harm her and her family and told her to shut up but her cry begging herrera to stop and asking why
