14-year-old girl for sex. lee robert moore was set to be in court in dover this morning, but waived his white to a preliminary hearing. they say he sent naked pictures of himself and requested to meet in person for sex. moore admitted to sending some messaged while on the job at the white house. and one man was taken into custody after witnesses saw him flee the scene. a fallen philadelphia firefighter was honored today. a new memorial plaque is a reminder of joyce craig's life and her sacrifice trk was unveiled at engine 64 station in northeast philadelphia. craig was fatally injured while fighting a house fire last december, mayor michael nutter says that her life to inspire everyone in public service. >> if we do our duty half as well, as lieutenant joyce craig, we will have lived a good life. >> craig's family, friends and colleagues were at the somber ceremony, she was 36 yeared old and philadelphia's first female officer to die in the line of duty. officials with septa are celebrating the makeover of the wayne junction center, the project was mostly paid for by

septa and federal grants, including better lighting and canopies, the station was last rebuild in 1901, more than 100 years after it was ridge liability. quite a celebration in paoli, students are honored for becoming a blue ribbon school and they are celebrating by giving back. students brought two boxes of their favorite cereal to school today, one box will be donated to a nearby food bank, and the rest was shared by students. here is a sure sign that the holiday season is around the corner, the rothman institute ice rink in center city is reopening today for its second season and offering something new for skaters and none skaters this year. eva pilgram is live at dillworth park. are you skating there? >> no, no. it's not that i am afraid to

skate rick, but the rink is not officially open. they are doing the official ceremony now, showcasing this new shred skate they have on the rink, that is going to allow anyone that wants to skate to be able to be on the skates, specifically people that are on wheelchairs, something they are offering this year. a lot of new fun things to check out this year, lights over the rink and a cabin to escape into to warm up or grab a drink or something to eat. and the rink is open seven days a week, if you never skated, or not good like i am. i got some tips from the pros, the first bit of advice is don't hold on to the boards. >> you are not giving your balance, you are not letting yourself try. >> just feel weird. >> yeah. >> everybody falls but if you

and we have breaking news to pass along from the king of prussia area in montgomery county. chopper 6 hd is look over a railroad station here, actually the a rail yard where several train cars were overturned due to some type of derailment and they are trying to upright the train cars as we look noud. it happened at 4:30 this morning we are told that six cars derailed at north henderson road, there are no reported injuries and crews are working to upright the cars in this rail yard all morning long. we'll continue to follow the story from king of prussia as more information becoming available. in other news, police are investigating the death of a man that was shot eight times in his

doorway in chester it happened on the 1200 block of west ninth street, the man answered his front door and shots were immediately fired. detectives are looking to find out who shot the man and why. a mobster was shocked when he was found not guilty of charges. he said he couldn't wait to go home. on thursday a federal court jury found him not guilty of racketeering and extortion related counted. they said that this was the biggest bank robbery in philadelphia history. they netted $5 million in cash and another million in jewels, it helped to inspire the 1990 film, good fellows. and one site, zilow is giving three months of leave to

there was a celebration and now festivities, now the skaters and visitors are here taking their first skates of the season on the ice here. the second season, a couple of cheerleaders and mascot taking part as well. a lot of fun here and they say they have a lot of surprises for skaters and none skater as well. eva pilgram will be back with another live report from dillworth park coming up at 12:30. there is another safety problem with kia vehicles thank re recalling 260,000 of suvs because the steering can fail, the adhesive that holds the steering wheel together may not be strong enough. parts could possibly separate causing the loss of steering control and causing the risk of an accident. kia begins the recall next month and offers free repairs. no crashes or injuries are
