check on flights in philadelphia. flights are going to paris today. air france tweeted its flights to paris are operating normally. boathouse row lit up overnight in blue, white and red. those are the colors of the french and the american flag. this morning the two counties stand united against terrorism. >> ♪ this was the scene as the fans exited the soccer stadium. they broke out in the french national anthem as they learned about the attacks in the heart of that city. many people in our area waited anxiously for word whether loved ones in paris were okay. "action news" reporter, chad perdelli caught up with french citizens who live and work in philadelphia just after the attacks.

>> reporter: inside a center city nonprofit to promote french culture, students are keeping a close eye on the television watching the coverage of the attack also in paris. they put us on the phone with a preschool teenager from center city now living just a few miles from the attacks. >> we've been hearing about an hour, the police i can hear them now, i don't know if you hear them. >> reporter: he said the terror i also attacks are always -- terrorist attacks are always on the minds of parisians especially since the attack on the charlie had he charlie hebdk in january. there's crowd rage over the widespread massacre that gripped france. >> i'm angry and tired of this crime against humanity.

west at 11 miles per hour. the pressure reading is rising from 0.32 inches. you factor in the winds it feels like the mid 30s, you'll need a heavier coat or hat and gloves or you'll be hanging outside for a couple of hours. winds are out of the west at 10 to 15 miles per hour. we'll see a gust as high as 20 to 30 miles per hour. yesterday we wind gusts up to 40 and today closer to 30. the good news as we look at satellite and radar, whatever cloud cover you're seeing to the west right now all that fizzles out when the sun rises. we'll see sunshine from start to finish, no threat of precipitation. as we expand the view there's nothing going on across the entire 48. there's another storm pushing into seattle and portland, oregon. those folks will see rain and mountain snows. everybody else, the weather is
