badey the fourth and these are pictures of some of the drugs confiscated from their home in the 100 block of garrett avenue in bryn mawr. >> the mother and son of that residence were selling to our officers undercover officers as well as several other residents in that area and local college students and as you're aware we're very close to several colleges right in that area. >> reporter: police say more than $4,000 in marijuana was confiscated as well as thousands of dollars in heroin and prescription drugs. rosemont and villanova university are among the campuses nearby. it was not immediately clear if the two were actively going to the campuses allegedly selling drugs. >> we do know that local students from the area colleges were come to go that property specifically and purchasing different types of drugs. >> reporter: george badey the fourth is the son of george badey the third, the head of the democratic party in radnor and a former radnor commissioner. joanne badey is his ex-wife. >> regardless of who these people may be related to, that has no bearing. i don't care what your race,

sex, sorry socioeconomic status is or anything of that nature. it does not matter to us. >> reporter: now a third person in the home was listed on unrelated charges of carrying xanax and other prescription drugs without a prescription. the two badeys have been arraigned and released from jail after posting bail. we're live here at radnor police, i'm dann cuellar channel6 "action news." >> thank you dan. concerns over a missing man prompted a lockout at cheltenham high school today. 19-year-old jacob marberger is former student reportedly took a rifle case from his parents home this morning. a relative told police that march burger has been despondent over recent issues at his current school washington college in chestertown maryland. police say marberger has made no threats but cheltenham high school was put on lockdown in an abundance of caution. the medical examiner office says the bodies of two babies found yesterday were medical specimens before they were discarded in the kensington section of philadelphia.

a nine-year-old made the gruesome discovery along the 1800 block of pale thorpe avenue. authorities say the corpses had been donated for research or training. police are still looking for whoever improperly disposed of the bodies. new jersey lawmakers are considering legalizing recreational marijuana and today supporters from the law enforcement community health professionals and civil rights organizations testified during a senate committee hearing. chairman nick scat tar resays it could become a billion dollars industry and would levy a sales tax. dozens of education advocates went to harrisburg today to fight for funding. the group public citizens for children and youth boarded buses in center city philadelphia this morning. they met with lawmakers and asked them to pass a budget that invests in schools and communities. pennsylvania has been without a budget for the last four

the concern about sam bradford. >> yeah, repercussions from that loss yesterday. for those fans calling for sam bradford's ouster you might get your wish. bradford is currently out with a concussion and a shoulder injury. the eagles tell us there's no timetable for his return. bradford was hurt in the third quarter of yesterday's loss to the dolphins. eagles makeshift offensive line nearly got him killed. bradford would leave the game and not return. mark sanchez would take his place. the eagles had a 16-three lead but miami scored 17 unanswered points. a tipped ball handled in hands of jarvis landry. that gave the dolphins a 20-16 lead. sanchez we've soon this before, he threw an interception in the end zone. the eagles lost 20-19 and fall to four and five. with teams like the little things cost this team every week. >> it's its details and the team there does a better job ends up victorious and i think right now 80 out of a hundred 45 games in this league are decided by a touchdown or less

west. a storm system bringing tornado watches to the plains, some heavy snow to the rockies but tonight here just a quiet night. lots of stars, some clouds streaming in late tonight, 45 degrees in philadelphia, the low average low for this time of the year is 39 so still relatively mild. allentown 36. cape may 48. and wilmington 42 degrees. tomorrow behind this back door cold front we've got canadian high pressure so that means a lot of sunshine but with winds generally out of the east-northeast it will be seasonably cool with a high of 56 degrees so you didn't need a jacket today but you'll need one tomorrow. as we head into wednesday, ahead of the front we get the winds out of the south so it does warm up, 61 degrees, more clouds rolling in and then that cold front will bring us that soaking rain on thursday. so, the exclusive accuweather 7-day forecast, tomorrow plenty of sunshine again, much cooler than today, though, with a high of 56 degrees which is the average high for this time of the year. on wednesday, the clouds that you can ken as we head through the day, temperatures back up
