happens next and the officers told teenagers to disperse and then it turned physical, the young people involve claim they were only play fighting that the police were the aggressors and this was a case of police using aggressive force, to the conteary, they say that police used great restraint and be commended on how they handled this situation. and d.a. martin says of the video it's nothing short of disturbing. >> i don't know what has gotten into the kids frankly, i don't want to generalize, there are for more terrific kids than there are roughan s hooligans whatever you want to say, they have no respect for authority, that has great concern for me not just as a member of law

he is known just as much for his outrageous behavior as he is for his hollywood status, but charlie sheen opened up telling he is hiv positive. ali gorman joins us with more on the announcement and as well as the reaction from the hiv aids community ali. >> as soon as the news broke it was trending on twitter, some blaming the actor for his reckless lifestyle, others support him. many experts we spoke to said overall charlie sheen sharing the information could reduce the stigma of hiv. >> that is i am in fact hiv positive. charlie sheen opened up this morning on the "today" show saying he was diagnosed with hiv, the virus that causes aids. >> it's a hard three letters to absorb. >> he says he is going public

you want to look at the eastern sky any time from midnight until dawn, as we look at radar a lot going on here, severe weather in mississippi, louisiana and arkansas ahead of that large low pressure system in canada with blizzard type conditions on the western side of the low, this sends its way across the northern plains and drags a cold front across the east, we won't see severe weather but get clipped into thursday, but tomorrow morning upper 40s to mid-50s, mainly cloudy in the afternoon and warmer with temperatures back into the lower to mid-60s down to the south, as we get into thursday morning, that is when we see heavy rain push in and temperatures mild in the upper 60s and this is around lunch time on thursday, your four day at 4:00, mostly cloudy and a few peeks of sun and windy and rainy here an inch of rain

in france. we have continuing coverage at 6abc.com, and posted photos from the scenes as well as tributes from around the world. philadelphia police say a 23-year-old man was high on marijuana when he struck and killed a woman in southeast philadelphia yesterday, malaki armstrong was not only speeding when he tried to go around a stopped septa trolley but blew through a red light, he hit merriam wilmington while she was crossing at a crosswalk, armstrong is facing a number of charges including dui and homicide by vehicle. police are looking for two homicide suspects that used a surgical mask to hold up a store. you can see one of the gunmen

question, i'm surprised she is not screaming, she loves attention. yesterday's tornado outbreak yesterday, how did it rank the fourth most the eighth or the 12 and. >> how many were there? >> 38 tornadoes. >> i have to go fourth. >> brian is correct, the fourth most tornados in one day, there was actually 39, she just added one, making it the top fourth of the year so far, the three, the top three were back in may. that is typically tornado season and late parts of october and november, you get a second round of tornado season, and a shout-out to manny lopez, his twitter is pro chef 314 the first one to get that correct. and quiet conditions home here,

and a few high clouds during the periods of day with north-northeastly winds and temperatures are cooler as a cold front slammed through here, 50 allentown and 54 philadelphia and dover and millville between 52 and 53 degrees and a big change from 24 hours ago, it feels 15 degrees cooler in the delaware valley and 16 degrees cooler at the shore and 10 degrees coolner wilmington. there is the spin in wichita, kansas, the panhandle of oklahoma and western parts of kansas, now they are dealing with snow after tornadoes yesterday and all the severe weather now is pushing into the deep south, as we track this storm, it will race up into the western part of the great lakes and it falls apart and thankfully it loses its kreef characteristics and when it passes through early in the western suburbs, the just in the form of heavy rainfall and that continues into the evening rush
