morning and investigators think alcohol may have played a role in the incident and no further details are being released. >> and a man from wilmington has been arrest add caused of pretending to be a police officer. and during a traffic stop new castle county police say they noticed 34-year-old abdulah ward with the word police written on it and saw a radio, handcuffs and loaded black gun in his car. investigation is ongoing and right now ward has no been linked to any other impersonation incident. >> residents of newark, delaware in an apartment complex there looking for another place to stay tonight. and a plays broke out in the first floor apartment around 8:30 this morning and here at the harbor pub apartments on khezle boulevard. one apartment was heavily damaged by the flames and 11 others sustained smoke damage. and there were no injuries reported and the delaware state fire marshall trying to determine the cause. >> and tonight the runners are resting up after participating today's philadelphia marathon and the estimated 30,000
