>> i want without a coat yesterday. i was like a rebel. wait until you see the numbers in the seven-day forecast. it gets better and better as we get you out doors as we get you started this morning. we have patchy fog and temperatures are very, very cold this morning. there's the view at the center city skyline. we have clear conditions and no wind and therefore we have seen fog develop across the outlying suburbs. some of the fog is dense, we're down to .3 in reading and lancaster. philadelphia, .7 most of us it is out to the west. this is not freezing fog, or ice fog, look at the temperatures right now. we are seeing numbers that are extremely cold, at that in

reading, 25 in lancaster, 24 in allentown. you know what happens when you get the fog, you see due and slick spots, so be careful out there on some of the outlying suburbs. philadelphia, 33. millville, 25. cape may, 39 degrees, once the fog lifts it's a day that features a ton of sunshine. mostly sunny conditions and very, very mild. there's the call from accuweather, 10:00 a.m., 37 degrees, lunchtime, 47 degrees. 2:00 p.m., shooting for a high of 54. it will be very, very similar to yesterday, maybe a few degrees milder. when i come back in just a few minutes we'll talk about warmer numbers in the seven-day forecast. >> president obama will touch on the san bernadino shooting massacre in a prime time address from the white house tonight. the president will give an update on the investigation and outline his plan to defeat isis and other terrorists. isis said the alleged california

shooters were supporters nothing so was the attack -- so far as the attack was coordinated by isis. not far away a new raid went down next to the suspect's home. the fbi smashed windows and garage to get inside the home. they think the man living there bought the assault rivals in the shooting. the purchase was more than 3 years ago. the man checked himself into a mental hospital after the shooting. the fbi wants to talk to him. >> reporter: federal agents moved the couple's bullet ridden suv from the road where they died in a gun fight with police. the black getaway car seen in the video chased by police cars by horrified bystanders.

new this morning, three men are on the run after jumping out of a car police were chasing through south philadelphia. they have not said what led to the chase, but say it started at 2:30 an wound up on the schuylkill expressway. the car ended up in the tasker home development with the suspect jumped out and ran into a wooded area on the 2800 block of passyunk avenue. police say a kia hit a chevy malibu on washington lane in east mount airy. it barreled into another suv that tapped the front of the convenience store. the woman in the suv suffered minor injuries, both were taken to einstein for treatment. a revolt by rank and file house republicans may get a

morocco of knox street where the victim was shot in the back at 3:00 a.m. a car wanted in connection with the shooting later crashed along the 5300 block of marine street. whoever was inside got away. a good samaritan was hit and killed along i-95 in mercer county, new jersey. new jersey state police say the 354-year-old saw a hit-and-run in hamilton township. he got out of his car to help the person involved. as he walked toward the victim a pick up truck hit and killed him. that driver stayed on the scene and will not face any charges. police are investigating the hit and e and run. an "action news" viewer sent us a video of a car fire in burlington county. police say the driver lost control of the car and hit a utility pole. the driver was taken to cooper university hospital with

nonnon-life threatening injuries. 352-year-old was thrown from his car as it rolled over. he was a septa transit supervise, he was off duty at the time of the crash. bikers took time to honor local heros who passed away. it's part of a tribute to honor 274 fallen philadelphia police officers. hundreds ever volunteers and police and family members came out to visit 354 cemetaries across the region. at each grave, blue wreaths were laid in honor of the sacrifice these officers made while doing their job. a ceremony was held to honor those officers whose graves could not be found. the american red cross continues to team up with the philadelphia fire department to minimize fire related deaths in the city. the action cam was in frankford, volunteers went door to door
