a chase overnight. >> plus a colder start to the morning in the delaware valley, but there's a warmup heated this week and meteorologist chris sowers is here with the details. >> reporter: we've been saying that every weekend. let's get you outside, a lot of people are enjoying the weather. we have a lot of frost in the areas that are still shaded. temperatures in the 20s and 30s. by after, it will be nice and mild, temperatures in the 50s, 36 in millville, you started out at 23. we're seeing a huge jump in temperatures. reading 29, lancaster 28. philadelphia, 30. philadelphia closing in on 40. 35 for the poconos. there are some issues with the fog, lancaster is not even reporting at this point. reading down to .1 of a mile. 4 miles in wilmington, 3 in millville. give it another hour from that

point it will be mostly sunny conditions. 10:00 a.m., 45 decreases, lunchtime we're sitting at 50. sunny, 2:52 shooting for a high of 54. 4:00 p.m., 352 degrees, it's going to stay mild over the next 6 to ten days there's no arctic air in sight. by next week we could be talking about record highs. i'll have the numbers in just a little bit. >> police in camden county are investigating an accident that left a pedestrian in critical condition. the car involved was badly damaged by the crash. it happened on sicklierville road at 6:00 a.m. the victim was rushed to cooper university hospital in critical condition. no word if any charges will be filed. the search is on for three men who got away after leading police on a chase through south philadelphia. it ended at passyunk avenue if the city's tasker home section. police say it started at 2:30 on

i-95. philadelphia police and state police chased the car on the schuylkill expressway and exited on passyunk. the approximate men jumped out at passyunk and 28 and ran into the wooded area. police are investigating a wild chain-reaction crash that left two people hospitalized and five cars damaged. take a look at the damage to the car 2,000 block of washington lane in east mount airy. a kia hit a chevy and plowed into two parked cars. the collision caused the car to jump the car and hit another suv. that suv is pushed up against the convenience store. a 66-year-old passenger in the malibu had to be rescued. the woman in the suv suffered minor injuries. both were taken to einstein medical did have for treatment. >> the deadly shooting in san bernadino happened in a state with some of the nation's toughest gun laws.

syed rizwan farook and tashfeen malik legally obtained two handguns and two rifles. they had large capacity magazines in violation of california law. california bars assault weapons and requires background checks that decrease gun violence. california rarntioned near the -- ranks near the bottom of the list, louisiana is the weakest in the county that state's rate of gun deaths is the second highest in the nation. president obama will address the nation to discuss the nation of the threats of terrorists at home and how it has evolved and how he plans to defeat it. you can see the address live at 8:00 p.m. you can find the latest anytime by visiting the website

without house approval there's no budget. the deal worked out between govenor wolf and republican leaders would hike the sale tax and change state pensions and allow some private sales of liquor. >> a charter school teacher in allentown is in trouble for encouraging hundreds of students to walk out of school. according to published report he is facing charges for corruption of minors. he work at the academy charter school. back in september, hundreds of students walked out of allentown schools to call for better treatment of minorities. a court hearing is set for lee robert moore. authorities say he tried to solicit sex from an undercover agent he thought was a 14-year-old girl.

investigating an accident that left a pedestrian in critical condition. the car involved was badly damaged by the crash. it happened on sicklierville road at 6:00 a.m. the victim was rushed to consumer university hospital, again, in critical condition. no word if any charges will be filed. the search is on for three men who got away after leading police on a chase through south philadelphia overnight. it ended at passyunk avenue at 28th street in the tasker home section. police say it started at 2:30 a.m. on i-95. philadelphia state police chased the car on the schuylkill expressway abbey exited on passyunk when the three men jumped out of the car and ran into a wooded area. police are investigating a wild chain-reaction crash leaving two people hospitalized and five cars damaged. take a look at the car on the 2,000 block of washington lane in east mount airy. a kia met a chevy and plowed into two parked cars.
