believed to be with the suspect is still on the run. >> more controversy surrounding the police department tonight following the release of another surveillance video showing ofrtss dealing with a difficult suspect. >> the suspect is in his jail cell handcuffed with several authorities when he is tasered and dragged out down the hall and the suspect later died. we are live if new york with more on the story. >> reporter: yes, that 38-year-old suspect was initially arrested for attacking his mother, now his family said he suffered from mental health issues and they asked the police to take him to the hospital but taken to jail instead. the chicago police department is facing criticisms and questions in reaction to this video, using a taser inside of a man inside of a cell and dragging him down the hall.
