deeply suffering in the wake of that senseless killing here seven years ago. the devastated family of beau zabel returned to the scene late today moments after the accused killer was found not guilty on all charges, the jury acquitted jones of murder and robbery and the victim's ipod was taken and zabel was a 23-year-old aspiring school teacher week as way from starting his career with the philadelphia school district. >> i know with his motivation and his drive to teach math to people he would have made a difference in somebody's life. >> beau zabel was in philadelphia for a few weeks when he was shot and killed in the eighth block of ellsworth. the prosecutors and detectives tried to get a conviction. >> ultimately there is normal
