forecast. >> melissa we'll see you back inside thank you. in other news delaware based dupont company and dow chemical are looking to merge in a deal worth $230 billion, under the name dow dupont and they would separate into three publically traded companies, the new business will have dual headquarters in delaware and michigan, the new deal needs approval from regulators, and is expected to close sometime next year. philadelphia police say around 15 shots were fired in the west kensington section, one of several locations where the gun fire erupts last night. annie mccormick is live with more on the story. annie? >> reporter: rick, that is right, philadelphia police are investigating after a violent night in the city left five people injured in separate shootings. philadelphia police are on the scene in west kensington on the

2800 block of west swanson after gunmen sprayed a hail of gun fire hitting at least three people. officers scooped the three victims and rushed them to the hospital. two masked men were spotted fleeing from the scene and police pulled over a vehicle. >> the female operator of the vehicle was acting suspicious and we are holding the vehicle as part of the scene and detectives are questioning the female. >> at the same time in the lawn crest section of the city neighbors heard shots. >> like six or seven shots last night. and all i heard was people screaming and i knew that someone had got shot. >> here in the 5900 block of

malta. a 19-year-old called 911 saying he was also shot on malta, and another victim at einstein he was shot in the calf and they scoured the area finding damage left behind like scattered windshields. >> i have been in this neighborhood for five years and i never heard of it happening around here, it's just crazy. >> reporter: and we are told that all the victims are in stable condition, one victim in the west kensington shooting is released from the hospital. so far there are no arrests. annie mccormick, channel 6 "action news." two bucks county women are accused of setting a home on fire while six people were inside. the house went up in flames on lafayette court, police have arrested annette mcguire and her cousin denise coil, they say

they lit it on fire and tried to kidnap her daughter from the home. the grandparents and all the children escaped and were not hurt, investigators are back at the property today and both are charged with arson and attempted kidnapping. and the investigation continues into this overnight car fire that sent the driver to the hospital on the 2500 block of north market street, wigts say they saw the car speeding along the roadway before hitting a building and suddenly bursting into flames. we heard a boom and turned our head and then jumped out of the car and he was on fire and laid down on the ground and was rolling on the ground. >> the driver managed to run a half block with his clothes on fire and was rushed to christiana hospital in critical condition and know one was hurt in the early morning accident. federal investigators know where the san bernardino terror

suspects were in the moments before they were killed in a shootout with police, a fbi dive team is searching a lake in the area again today. marcy gonzales is following the latest developments and joins us live from new york with more. >> rick, for now they are not saying what they are looking for and there are reports that it's all about tracking down a digital device owned by the suspects. >> the fbi searching the lake here near san bernardino looking for possible evidence that the killers may have dumped here after the massacre. >> we will leave no stone unturned. the effort to uncover more as the fbi continues questioning enrique marquez his former neighbor accused of supplying the military style rifles used in the rampage, he said they planned another attack in 2012

for the first time today. their comments come in the wake of that police officer, jason vandyke, being charged with first degree murder for the shooting last year and the dash-cam video showing the shooting and protests continue throughout chicago calling for the resignation of rahm emanuel and they staged a die-in yesterday downtown and they will likely thank the public for demanding justice and change. a jury has found a former oklahoma police officer guilty of rape and he is facing the rest of his life in prison. daniel holdsclaw sobbed in court when he learned the verdict, he was charged with six counts of rape and battery while he was on the force. they recommended he spend 263 years in jail. the news had some women celebrating outside of the courthouse but one victim's mother said she wasn't
