for a second straight season, gray hall is outside of lincoln financial field with reaction from fans but first we go to jeff skversky, outside of the nova care complex. >> he did not even give chip kelly the option of staying on as head coach, that was not even on the table and lurie called him in yesterday and flat out fired chip kelly and extremely disappointed with this football team and said it was one of the toughest seasons he ever had to endure, jeffrey lurie speaking to the media for 20 minutes, this is the frs time he has fired a head coach in season and he wants to have a coach that opens their hearts to players, kelly did not have the best relationship with his players and there was tension over the

years with the front office and that doomed him in and he misses the playoffs the last two years, lurie says he took a risk in hiring chip kelly and a bigger risk to give him full control and now holding kelly accountable. >> you are either all in or find a new coach in terms of the trust and so the choice was lets see if that will work. and in terms of you know the results, part of that is the reason we are here today. before practice today the owner, jeffrey lurie held the team meeting before they take on the final game against the new york joins on the road, offensive coordinator, pat shermer is the interim coach for this last game and the players were just as shocked and caught off guard as

processed at the cheltenham police department and he had his mugshot taken there and he was here at this office where his bail terms were announced. cosby arrived in the suv, he has maintained his innocence, and he and his attorney had nothing to say to reporters. cosby who had a cane stumbled going into court and appeared to have trouble with his eye sight. 10% bail meant $100,000 for cosby in money or property. and surrendered his passport and was told he could lose his bail and be jail if he tried to have contact with andrea constand. new information from her civil case against cosby came to light just this year, in 2004 constandard worked for temple university and viewed cosby as a

mentor. she contends he gave her pills and assaulted her and he says it was consensual. despite the case being a decade old, the new information makes it a solid case. there is no question as far as pills being provided to her and not a question as to the occurrence of what went on, of the digital penetration, and we have gotten that from statements, from depositions -- >> well, mr. cosby's attorneys put out a statement and said they would mount a vigorous defense for mr. cosby and would be exonerated in court. and it appears to imply that bringing this case was somehow political coming on the heels of the montgomery county d.a. race.

accuweather at the "action news" big board, adam joseph says dig out the sunglasses. >> it's been about 10 days since we have needed them looking at center city, it's fog and that will change, dense fog is setting up north and west of the city of philadelphia, mild and dismal, 10 days straight with cloud cover dominating the sky, the last full sunny day, have you to go back to december 20th, but there is a string of sunshine in the forecast. 43 in allentown and 47 in reading and 50 in wilmington and still mild despite we have had the lack of sun today. visibility in the city as you saw on sky 6, 10 miles, same down to the coast, and we see the areas to the north and west get a little bit gray so to speak here on this map, down to a .10 of a mile in allentown and

skversky is standing by live to hear from players. a grocery store in the logan section of the city sustained fire damage when crews were sculled to the torres grocery store at the corner of the west fisher avenue, they found fire in the basement and heavy spoke throughout. residents above the store were able to get out okay and crews got the fire under control in minutes. philadelphia police say this man is responsible for shooting an 11-year-old girl walking home from school earlier this month. the girl was walking down laz earn street when she heard gunshots and one struck her in the foot. philadelphia police are looking for three people in connection with a shooting that happened in the city's could be creek section sunday afternoon, investigators say the man in the red pants was captured on

check out the dramatic rescue in missouri as a man and his dog were plucked from the roof of a flooded home, that house was starting to leave its

choppy waters but some brighter skies are just around the corner. but until then, we are dealing with low visibility quakertown 3 mile visibility in northern buck county and a half mile in lancaster and 2.5 in reading and .25 in the poconos and less than that in allentown and despite that allentown has the lowest visibility they don't have a dense fog advisory issued right now by the national weather service, if you are in and around this area near northampton and the lehigh valley, be cautious until 6:00 in the morning and the fog could continue to expand to the south and east overnight. 52 in philadelphia and millville and dover 51 and lower 40s i should say for allentown and upper 40s for reading and upper 30s for the poconos. satellite and radar this conveyer belt of moisture

working its way to the east and working easterly and it will slide to the south overnight and just get clipped by the northern fringe of it, at 11:30 you'll hear the rain intensify a little bit and maybe a couple of downpours around and warm with temperatures in the 50s as the rain arrives but it's a quick hitter and will be out of here by 2:00, 3:00 in the morning and by 7:00 some lingering low clouds and fog some in locations but when the sunshine the wind gets to work it's like a big blow dryer, and during the middle part of the morning and afternoon sunshine takes control finally and still mild for the last day of the your, with temperatures in the lower 50s and as we ring in the new year, midnight 40 degrees with windchills in the mid-30s and then the mummers day parade, bundle up because first thing in
