over their heads. tonight, some of the donors who came to their aid are regretting it. wednesday night, jim on assignment and i'm monica malpass. the big story on "action news" is an attempted eviction of the once homeless couple. and going to dann cuellar in center city to explain it all. dann? >> essentially a feud telephoned between a christian group helping a muslim family and their children find housing. chosen 300 ministries are trying to throw the couple out of their home saying they are terribly uncoun k uncome cooperative. >> they always say he who is without kind casts the first stone. we all have issues but it is how we handle that and the people around us that support us. >> a family whose child was found wandering around love

park. the charter school donated $1,000 to chosen 300 ministries to raise the money to lease a home for a year. now they say the family is uncooperative wanting to boot them out of the home. >> we're not going to have two grown adults sitting up in a house, not interested in working, not interesting in moving forward, not trying to get off of their substance abuse. who wants to abuse the system, take advantage of some good-hearted people. >> tonight the people who are devout muslim said things began to fall apart when the christian group tried to force them to attend christian opportunities. >> then they wanted us to go to a christian retreat. you are not going to send to us a christian repeat or to see a marriage counselor. >> that's not the issue, it is that this family is not interested in getting help. they want a free ride to be able to sit down in a home, and not even try. >> and joiner is trying to bring

turmoil because it is one heck of a thing to carry around with you. finally it came to the forefront. suffice it to say mr. robinson knows that he is in trouble. >> investigators want to know if others may have been molested. robinson also involved with the boy scouts, a coach and on youth church groups. they are asking anyone with information to come forward. robinson is out on $100,000 bail tonight. firefighters in bucks county a busy night battling two blazes. one at this home on burnt house hill road, and it took a little under two hours to get it under control. one person taken to doylestown hospital with minor injuries. and another person hurt in a second blaze, they are to be ok. and it was it a detached structure adjacent to thes house and the cause of both fires

>> now, piaa officials say they never received any negative reports about the coach. we also stopped by both the coach and referee's home and no one answered and our phone calls were not immediately returned. reporting live in bucks county for channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. philadelphia police looking for a killer tonight who gunned down a 49-year-old man. it happened about 8:30 in the 2600 block of north stanley street in the city's strawberry mansion section. two significant developments with bill cosby. his next court appearance in montgomery postponed. and the los angeles charges are not filing against him. and a court spokesman says the preliminary hearing next thursday will locally be rescheduled and cosby's family asked for time to repair. and the entertainer is expected to lead not guilty to drugging and sexually assaulting a mom in

his home in 2004. he remains free on $1 million bail. meanwhile, cosby will not face charges in l.a. two women claiming they assaulted him. but they say the older case is past the statute of limitations and not enough evidence in the more recent case. the white house is skeptic call tonight that north korea successfully test add hydrogen bomb as it claims. the reclusive country made the surprise claim late last night saying the fourth nuclear test was a much more technically-advantaged h-bomb and more powerful than the previous bombs. and they tested in 2013 as the last time. and yesterday's incidents caused a seismic stock of 5.1 magnitude. american officials say it is not consistent with the claim of a

hydrogen bomb. that weapon is actually 1,000 more times powerful than the bombs dropped on hiroshima and nagasaki. but the u.s. is sending sniffer craft to look for if you recollect clues. and jim gardner on assignment today in washington, d.c. for a hit-down interview with vice-president joe biden. saying the u.s. is still working to get action and telling jim what steps the administration would take. >> if they did detonate it, what would be the american response? >> we will continue to work with the chinese and international community to continue to bring international pressure on north korea. and to make it so if it becomes an increasingly high price for being one nation in the world

chill convicted of plotting to kill soldiers at fort dix, their father says they were entrapped by an f.b.i. informant and duped into the plot by two others who were convicted with them. the brothers say they were denied the right to testify in their own defense. all three are serving life sentences. the man who bought the rifles used in the san bernardino attack pleaded not guilty today to conspiring with one of the killers. 24-year-old marquez could be sentenced to up to 50 years if he is convicted. investigators say that marquez admits plotting attacks with his neighbor, farook, but never carrying them out. farook and his wife did kill and wound people in a meeting on december 2. chipolte part of an investigation, asked to provide

radar, showing for the most part we are clear. seeing some high, thin clouds generally south of philadelphia. the storm system offshore moving out, and tomorrow we will see a good amount of sunshine mixing with some clouds. and temperatures a little bit higher than today. it starts off chilly at 7:00. seasonably cold, 26 degrees. by 10:00, 34. by 1:00, 41. and by 4:00, 43 degrees. so 44 degrees, 4 degrees above normal. again, mixture of clouds and sunshine, partly sunny skies. heading into friday, a transition day. we start the day with sun and increasing clouds ahead of the warm front. 45 degrees the high. that warm front brings us temperatures in the 50's over the weekend. but the low pressure currently moving into california, that will move to our west on sunday. and that will pull up some warm air. but also a lot of moisture. so the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast nice. sun mixes with clouds and up to

44 degrees. friday, morning sunshine fades behind increasing clouds, high of 45 degrees. could have a couple of showers friday night and saturday, mostly cloudy and relatively warm, 50 degrees. damp side, a little drizzle. the heavy rain saturday night through the first half of the day on sunday. again, with the storm system kwut cutting to the west mild and 57 degrees. as far as the rainfall, we're looking at a pretty healthy amount. around an inch of rain in most of our viewing area. plus, about a half inch as you head towards the coast. and what this storm will do is open the air for cold air to streak in next week. monday, the high dropped down to seasonable cold 40 degrees. then it keeps dropping on tuesday. bright sunshine. the high only 38 degrees. and wednesday, 36 degrees and a fast-moving clipper has the potential, it has enough moisture to bring a first snowflakes of the season. not looking like a big deal at
