out of the west dropping the wind chills but the winds are starting to relax a little bit but it still feels like 819 allentown as well as lancaster, 24 in philadelphia. 30 in wilmington and 20's in southern parts of new jersey and delaware. crystal clear sky remains that way tonight first thing tomorrow morning. clouds are building in the ohio valley so still have some time before they push on in from the west. and as we look at the is this we're tracking you may say to yourself, okay, where exactly is it? it's really not clearly marked because it's not a lot of moisture but the actual front is right here with the clipper system near minneapolis, not near chicago and again, very little precipitation and that's the way it's going to stay as it pushes in from the north and west tuesday afternoon. so for tonight clear, cold, less wind, only three to 6 miles an hour. 16 in the suburbs, 25 degrees for center city and as we look at future tracker tomorrow morning, your rush hour easy we're good to go to school, to work, sunshine out there with temps in the 20's north and west. at freezing or above to the south and east.

by lunchtime clouds start to filter in and thicken up. maybe a couple of snow showers up in the poconos on the brink of the lehigh valley but notice the temperatures well above freezing and that will really give us an easy forecast for an afternoon when these snow showers come in 'cause they'll melt on the pavement surfaces. this is 6 o'clock again with those scattered snow showers around and by 8, 9 o'clock it starts to pivot off the coast and that's when the temperatures start to drop below freezing. so, from the major cities of wilmington, philadelphia, trenton, all points to the south and east, yeah, you'll see some snowflakes in the air but not accumulating. you have to go north of the pennsylvania turnpike especially the lehigh valley and the poconos where you could get a little grassy coating. also on the cars or maybe the rooftops but again, the roads even up here should stay mainly on the wet side. then behind this system it wracks up winds back up to 36 miles per hour with an arctic blast and wind chill only in the teens midweek. the exclusive accuweather
