helping the man find the head coach knows the birds incident matily. intimately. he said peterson is tough and the right man for the team. peterson will wow the town. he has the experience in the city of philadelphia. he know the fabric of community. he lived here and worked here not for a year, but for many years, he inside what the community is about. peterson is currently the chief's offensive coordinator under former head coach andy reid. he has worked with reid his entire coaching career including offensive coach of the eagles. he was quarterback for the eagles in 1999 until donovan mcnabb took over. two cars collided in southwest philadelphia. one ended up on the front yard of a home south 67th street in

chester avenue. the other car slammed into a parked car. this morning the driver and passenger are being treated in the hospital. they are expected to be okay. this morning, the search continues for the the driver who hit a man and left him in hunting park. the man was hit at 5th and park avenue yesterday morning. he had a head injury and broken bones and being treated at temple university hospital. a man out running an errand found the victim in the street and called police. excessive speed and lack of traffic signs were the likely cause of a 2014 tour bus crash in delaware. that bus flipped on the ramp from route 1 to route 13 in new castle. killing three people arena injuring dozens of others. the bus driver pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of proight -- operating a vehicle

causing death. he is scheduled to be sentenced this month. philadelphia police have released this sketch of a suspect who is wanted for shooting a 75-year-old woman in the face on new year's eve. it happened on the 7100 block os tacony section. the man demanded she hand over her purse, she refused and was shot in the cheek. penndot believe they have a solution to the bottle neck traffic on the schuylkill expressway. they would open another lane between city avenue and king of prussia. dann cuellar has the details on the study and how penndot could make this possible. >> reporter: a sea of red tail lights a common scene on the schuylkill expressway. the area between 202 and route 1

this week things change a little bit. the next shot of arctic air that arrives will hold. it will be the coldest week of the season so far. 42 in philadelphia. allentown, 37. millville, checking in at 43 degrees. no visibility issues across south jersey and delaware, although the evicts have come down pretty -- visibilities have come down pretty nicely across the western suburbs. satellite and radar showing the nor'easter coastal storm pushing into new england and pulling away from the delaware valley. sthoo continues to pull -- as that continues to pull north into the canadian maritimes, with the weather on the tail end here, we'll have clipper systems dive down during the week, each one will reinforce the cold air developing across the northern plains. look at the windchills. 20 below in bismarck, 17 in chicago. this will make a beeline toward the delaware valley arriving sunday into monday morning.
