bone chilling changes. let's get to the breaking news we've been following all morning. a man is in custody after a barricade situation in west philadelphia. this started around 4:30 a.m. on the 4900 block of chestnut street. neighbors heard gunshots from a third floor of a house there, police and s.w.a.t teams were called out. this is new video showing the s.w.a.t teams going into that home. the gentleman on the third floor was initialingly hesitant to come out -- initially hes hesitant to come out. we had to take the time to deconflict the situation. the man came out peacefully. no charges were filed at this time. septa had to reroute some of the buses while the ordeal windows going on. new this morning, a man is recovering after a shooting in north philadelphia. police think he may have been

the victim of an attempted robbery. the action cam was at the scene as the police searched the home on east somerset street. the victim was shot in the leg. officers believe it was an attempted holdup. the shooter is still on the run. the victim is in stable condition. a car ended up on the front lawn of a home in southwest philadelphia. this is new video of a crash on south 67th street and chester avenue. another car plowed into a parked car. the driver and passenger are being treated in the hospital. they are expected to be okay. big buzz about this today, the alleged e-mail that could jeopardize the criminal case against bill cosby. could it be a case breaker. according to cnn, former montgomery county district attorney sent a detailed

agreement he had with cosby's attorney attorneys back in 2005 stating if he testified in a civil case with andrea constand that testimony would not be used in a criminal case. cosby was charged with sexually assaulting constand. his lawyers say it was his testimony ten years ago that led to his arrest. we reached out to caster, and ferman and the current d.a. and have not heard back. the eagles elected doug peterson for the possession of head coach. else the currently the offensive coordinator for the kansas chiefs. a formal announcement cannot be made until they are out of the playoffs. he served as assistant under former coach andy reid. he was quarterback for ten

elderly or someone on the street. they referenced properties on the block that were scheduled to be demolished. the man was wearing a reflective vest and hard hat and driving a volvo station wagon green, and did not have an i.d.es. licensed inspectors present proper identification. health officials say pregnant women should avoid traveling to latin american and caribbean companies because of a tropical i illness that is linkd to birth defects and linked to moss mosquito bites. pregnant women should consider postponing their trips to 14 places, including, brazil, mexico and puerto rico. you can find a list at our

mother nature's wrath, more than 60 flights were delayed during the the storms on friday. it was bad. it was bad. we flew out of our seats and grabbed each others hands we were freaking out. that was abc's eva pilgrim with that report. back here at home, this morning a man is recovering after a serious crash in delaware. the action cam was on the scene last night on the 200 block of upper pike creek road in pike creek. police say the driver lost control and hit a utility pole and went down a 35-foot embankment. crews took the person to the hospital with non-life threaten injuries. 6,000 reward is on the table in a new year's eve shooting case. philadelphia police have released this sketch of the suspect. they say that man shot a 75-year-old woman in the face on new year's eve. now it happened on the 7100 block of montique street.
