didn't seem right. >> one young boy went into the pocket and pulled his cell phone out, and said he was calling police and put the phone to his ear. >> the driver drove away. and evesham became aware of a similar case in oaklyn, a man in a black sedan drove up to kids and offered them candy, they refused and they drove away. in evesham township neighborhood they are doing just that taking precaution. >> they go around and have a good time together, we have to remind them of stranger danger and keep your eyes open especially for your friends too. >> now, there are differences in the description of the suspect.

right now though, temperatures are above freezing area wide as we go north and west in slatington, warrington 37 and chester 39 and center city 42 degrees and to the south numbers of 39 in vineland and the state of delaware upper 30s and now that the sun has set we drop the temperatures very fast and that creates icy spots especially on the sidewalks where you get the runoff of the melting and even some area roads on the side streets. as we look at satellite and radar, off the coast and morning showers, sunshine returning and clear sky overnight tonight and much colder, 12 in the suburbs tomorrow morning, 20 degrees in center city and light wind out of the west northwest at 5 to 10 miles per hour. two systems we are watching over the great lakes, this is a weak system and low pressure off the carolinas but this one is well off the coast. tomorrow in between two systems that means sunshine and sinking

gray hall is reporting live from camden. you reported that the defendant is detained for another shooting. how did the police connect the dots. >> reporter: you are right jim, the child has been in juvenile detention since january 9th, she turned herself in because of a shooting in 2015. and it was ballistic evidence that connected her to the 13-year-old's murder. >> a community is reacting after 13-year-old nathaniel plummer's life was taken before he had a chance to live. police say that a 13-year-old girl is responsible for his death and is now in jail. >> the suspect surrendered to police in connection to a 2015 shooting and ballistic evidence connected her to nathaniel's murder. >> i was in shock. i was sad. sad for the family. sad for both parties.
