also at 5:30 our own rick williams just landed in iowa to cover the caucuses for you. you can watch his live reports tonight starting at 11:00. officials got a big rebate from peco for their energy efficient project at philadelphia international airport, the ppa recently installed 1400 led lights along the arrivals road at the airport and will save the airport 14 million there's each year in energy and maintenance cost. a ticket bought in philadelphia is worth $600,000, the winning numbers. 17, 18, 26, 28, 42. it was sold in delaware county. now is the time to check your tickets because the prize expires one year from yesterday.

ethan couch is deported to a juvenile detention center in texas. he also could be released as prosecutors investigate whether he violated the terms of his probation in a juvenile case stemming from his 2013 drunk driving wreck that killed four people. and a woman found dead in vienna is being investigated as a murder. her host family says she was reliable and when she did not

working on whether to contain the virus and they will need everyone's help. the zika virus continues to spread in south and central america, prompting health officials to meet. >> this virus has been on the move for sometimes, so a lot of people have been exposed to this virus already in those areas, but it will continue to move on that would be the expectation. there were 41 cases in the u.s., all cquired in south america. they are working to find out if the virus does in fact cause a birth defect in babies and officials say at this point there is no need for panic.

>> for the average american who is not traveling this is not something they have to worry about. pregnant women are asked not to travel to affected areas and if they have to be tested. the virus is spread by a mosquito, conventional spraying control methods are not as effective against these mosquitos that typically bite during the day. using repelent and getting rid of standing water does help. they are looking to fine better control tactics and doing testing for the virus, they are working on a vaccine but don't count on that in the near future. >> we won't have a readily available vaccine this year and probably the next few years. >> 80% of people infected with the zika virus don't actually have symptoms, we'll continue to follow the story as it evolves.

travel time about 20 minutes more than what it should be. these are the westbound lanes from the split at the boulevard, not a lot of accidents just volume this afternoon. the same is true on 95 where speeds are in the teens. a crash in delco at wayne avenue and the same spot where we had traffic light issues by the old nabisco the lights are on the fritz again at the roosevelt boulevard. if are you headed home to the commerce square apartments in horsham, look for a crash at whitman road and oxford, a crash at deer road at westminster road. and the accident blocking route 10 is cleared out. but closer to gap across the lancaster border, route 30 lincoln highway shut down in both directions, that is downed wires from an earlier accidents stay on strasburg road.
